Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches

This place just closed down, with no warning! Now no sandwich delivery to work! Oh No!

Wow! That’s all I can say. 1^st of all, there were 8 employees in the store and only 4 customers. My party. I asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwich and then watched a large spatula of mayonnaise being dumped on my bread. I said no mayonnaise please, and it was scraped off. About 10 seconds later I received my sandwich, never asking me what else I wanted on it. I then asked if I could have some mustard since I wasn’t asked if I wanted any. One of the guys scooped some into a plastic ramekin. I asked if he had anything to spread it with and I was told no, because I was supposed to tell them I wanted it on my sandwich in the first place. I then walked to the guy at the register where I had just paid and spoken to the guy 20 seconds earlier and he asked what I would like to order. I’m the only male customer in the store and you don’t remember me from 20 seconds ago? He seemed like I was bothering him, the other 7 employees looked to put out to even be bothered with customers. Anyways I left pissed off at the customer service. When I got back to my office I was excited to see mayonnaise falling out of the bread. Sneaky guys were able to get mayonnaise on there after all. What is it with mayonnaise??? Even next to where I am typing on the Website there are pictures of sandwiches with mayonnaise oozing off of them. You guys must have some mayonnaise conspiracy going on. There were Jars on shelves all over the walls for decoration. Your slogan should be «Jimmy Johns, no sandwich leaves the store without a mayonnaise bath. You can count on it» and then have some sandwiches in board shorts running and playing on a mayonnaise slip and slide in the commercial. And my condolences to the counter guy on his epic failure. He seemed to be working hard at hitting on the girl in the store with the Subway Bag in her hand, but it looks like she left without giving him her phone number.
I dealt with 4 different employees in a span of about 60 seconds and none of them were able to get it right. This place sucks. Good luck.

MY only complaint is they seem to close to early

8″ subs for $ 5! Awesome!
They also have cheaper plain subs, and $ 6 giant subs.
They are nice and tasty!!!
Bonus points for being in Deep Ellum AND for delivering!!!
