This has become an unpleasant place to visit. I order an average of 6 subs with sides per week. The last seven times I’ve tried to conduct business with this establishment, I have received unacceptable service. The new manager has had an attitude and is condescending. When ordering after 8p, I’m often told there’s no more bread available. Last week the delivery man added a $ 22 tip to my wife’s credit card order. Tonight the cashier told me that my card wouldn’t go through on a phone order then told me that they were not making anymore deliveries tonight. The food is great. Everything else sucks.

Just pulled up to grab a sub at 9:22 and the employee inside waived me away before I could even reach the doors. Unilocal and Google both list this place as open till 10pm. I tried to check the windows and doors for the hours but the employee just stared me down, so I left.

Terrible! My husband and I walked in and an employee was sweeping the floor. They rudely told us to not step in their pile of trash in the middle of the floor, we walked to the register where 2 women were standing, one pointed to the other lady, so we waited for her to take our order. The was texting on her phone and looked up only long enough to tell us she didn’t feel good and would not be assisting us today. Look, I’m not going to beg the 3 employees I encountered to take my money so I just left and ate somewhere else.

I went to the store today, and the staff was nice and friendly. I went there because the sandwich I received on a delivery last night was soggy and not cut in half as I ordered. They replaced the sub with a more expensive one at no extra cost. The new sub was very good and loaded with meat, they call it the gargantuan.

Waited an hour for a sandwich and I live around the block from the location. When I went to eat the sandwich it was 1⁄3 empty. It was just empty bread 3 bites on each side(1⁄3 of the sandwich). When I called the manager said that I ordered a slim and that’s how they come. I attempted to explain that the sandwich was empty, like just bread. Obviously daft. I used to go to his location frequently, no more. Not paying $ 10 for a $ 0.50 roll.

I have been coming to this Jimmy John’s location since they opened and can say that the customer service, cleaniless of the restaurant, and the quality of the sandwiches have all significantly declined. Upon entering the restaurant, the employees who are working the register consistently just stare at me and wait for me to initiate my order. Not even a «hello» or «what can I get for you» from the employees is uttered. I feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable when placing my order and while in the establishment, in general. On multiple occasions, the woman who appears to be the manager on duty, is present and she also presents with a very unfriendly demeanor. As far as the restaurant goes — it is consistently dirty… which makes me question how clean the food prep areas are. As far as my sandwich goes, it is always obviously thrown together — I know JJ’s prides itself on how quickly they get your order to you, but when I open my wrapper, my ingredients aren’t even in between the bread… I have to consistently remake my sandwich. I have frequented several Jimmy John’s locations over the last several years and have never experienced what I experience when I visit this N. Bishop location. I always hope for a better experience but each time, the quality of service seems to decline more and more. I won’t be back to this location.

Waited an HOUR for a one sandwich to be delivered. I live literally two minutes from the shop. I might as well have walked to the shop, made it MYSELF walked back home. Probably would have been able to do that in 20 min max. Never ordering from there again.

Love me some Jimmy John’s but the lady with the mustache should not work the front of house. Not only because she has a mustache she has terrible communication skills, is. not friendly and if I ask for extra of anything I assume that it costs more. It sounded like she was actually trying to talk us out of getting extra cheese. We order online from here all the time but as my friend’s first time at the store he hated his experience.

I ordered a #5 cut in half and a large cherry coke no ice for delivery. The #5 was no cut in half and my drink was full of ice… they even forgot napkins and a straw. How hard is it to fulfill such simple requests?

Quickest delivery around! Staff are always accommodating and polite. Food is delicious and fresh. Facilities are always clean and inviting. Great sandwich, quick and easy.

Most businesses want their guests to be happy with their service and food. I have been here three times and seriously will not be back. The employees lack the basic understanding of treating guests with a positive, respectful manner. Last week the music inside was blaring so loud, it was uncomfortable. So I asked if they could turn it down.

Was in a rush and didnt have time to pre order a 30 piece party tray — walked in & they took my order w/great customer service — had it ready with chips and the works within 10 mins. Really really fast, and I over heard the manage checking with the sandwich maker to recap. Whole order was correct, food was fresh, would highly recommend for a chain sub shop

Cheap fast and walking distance from my house… What more could a lazy girl want? I can walk right in order and be out in less than two minutes. I appreciate this location is kept really clean. If you aren’t able to break away from your busy life you can place your order online and have it delivered.

I ordered a multi sandwich order that it took them 40 minutes to deliver only to find that there were only 4 slivers of meat on two of our«Giant Club Sandwiches». When I called, they said they would have to remake and redeliver and pick up the problem sandwiches. I had ordered from them because I needed fast. Now I’m watching the clock and hungry. I’ll stick to the Medical District location. They know how to make a sandwich and deliver quickly.

I [unashamedly] order from here at least twice a week. It is so close to me, and all their employees have been so great. These guys either really love working here or they have great managers. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. I never thought I’d review a Jimmy John’s on Unilocal,but this location kicks butt.

About the time we were expecting the«super fast delivery,» we got a phone call saying they don’t deliver past Edgemere. All of Stevens Park and many Kessler residents are out of luck! Still, the goodness and freshness of these sandwiches are worth the drive to pick up. Very friendly(and apologetic) staff.
