Just called to get help with a group order. They weren’t very helpful. This would’ve been my first experience with them. Too bad they couldn’t just help me. Their loss. I’ll find a business that will. Bad customer service. Manager couldn’t even be bothered to get on the phone to assist.

Awesome job on the sandwiches. Went in to get dinner for the family. The orders were all prepared exactly as they were requested, with minimal wait. The two hot subs I ordered were still warm by the time I got them home. We all enjoyed our dinner. Pricing was a bit higher than I expected, till I realized I had ordered 18″ subs. Didn’t realize they were so big. I was used to ordering from Subway I guess. This place doesn’t have as big a selection as Subway, but their quality is WAY better. Meat is cut to order rather than sitting around in a bin. Great job, Jersey Mike’s!

Been coming to this place since the first day they opened. It was great then and it’s awesome now. The owner, Sean, is a good dude that has put in a lot time to makes this place into the great sandwich shop it is now. One of the things that sets them aside from other shops is the freshness of the meat. They don’t cut a whole bunch meat and just have it sit around till someone orders it. They wait till you order a sandwich and cut the meat fresh right then and there. Fresh bread they make themselves and if you don’t get the sandwich done Mikes Way then you’re a poser. When I go and order my sandwich and set down, I take a look at it and say«Get in my belly!»

I get the #7(turkey and provolone) on white and Mike’s Way. Luv that sandwich. One time I got some extra condiments(pickles?) and did not care for it. So only Mike’s Way for me. I like they have baked chips, too.

Went to this location five minutes before close, the doors were unlocked and the signage still Showed open! They kicked us out and said they were not accepting customers! This is fast food, not a sit down restaurant! The people I was with said that happened to them at the same location before! I will never step in that place again!

very fresh and good but $ 12 for a 15″ sub seems a bit too much. They’re competing against subway with the $ 5 foot long and wawa. For the money Id go with wawa. Only 20% larger sandwich, not as many condiments and twice the price of wawa. If the 15″ was $ 9 I’d say its worth it but its just another sandwich. You get fresh veggies and meat everywhere you go so stop acting like some places are better for the same sandwich. jersey mike’s italian hoagie #13 tastes like wawa’s italian hoagie.

Always a great sandwich. Quick, delicious, and plenty of options. Staff was helpful when I asked for recommendations. For a simple sandwich shop… it really isn’t. Their meats are fresh and they ain’t stingy about it.

Horrible service! A couple of friends and i stopped by because one of the friends wanted yogurt at yumilicious so I thought why not try something new? I order my food with shaggy look alike and he had attitude the whole time. As I waited for my food a gf said let’s just go because again, he was rude to her when she asked questions about what they offered but I was nice enough to stay. I paid for my wrap and didn’t bother getting my change because I was appalled at the service i had and since they obviously did not want our money I left with just a wrap.

Sooooo this place is my latest obsession. Normally as far as sandwhiches go I usually choose Which Wich Bc of their ingredient selection. Plus I’ve had one too many not so great experiences at Subway. I decided to try this place one day I was craving a sandwhich. I’m a huge sammich fan. I could literally eat a sandwhich everyday if it’s a good one. This place did not disappoint. Now initially I didn’t think there was much special about Jersey Mikes. I was disappointed that they had white onion instead of red but ordered anyway. I ordered a turkey and provolone with veggies and it was good not great, just average. And I saw a couple reviews talking about the dressing they put on it and my thought was… wtf would I want a wet oily sandwhich for. Then one day I decided to try it with the dressing they have with all the veggies. Mikes way they call it. It’s white onions, lettuce, tomato and the oh so tasty vinegary dressing. When I tell you I’ve been eating one almost every few days I’m not kidding. At least once or twice a week lately. Now that’s probably overkill for most people but when I taste something I love I just get a hankering for it that I can’t kick… for quite some time. I even went as far as buying red wine vinegar and things to duplicate the sandwhich but it just wasn’t the same. :/ I’m actually craving one right now! Try it Mikes Way at least once.

Best sandwiches and service. The guys here are super customer focused and build some pretty bad ass jersey inspired subs. If you’re craving a sammy made with some TLC, the guys at Mike’s have got you covered… and whatever you get, get it Mike’s way.

Yum yum yum! I always get the #7 with no cheese, mikes way(: The sandwiches are topped with so much meat and a heap of veggies. They are not skimpy with their ingredients which is a plus! If I’m craving a juicy sub, I come here!

Good food. Terrible service. The scoobie doo looking guy(taller guy), literally threw my sandwich together. It was extremely wet and sloppy. Never going to this one again!!! And the icing on the cake was he had an extremely bad attitude. Maybe because he had to work on labor day I dunno? regardless I felt like an imbosul begging for food. Get rid of him.

Today was my first time at Jersey Mike’s. They were recommended to me by my sister. The guy that sliced the meat was nice. However the lady that put on the toppings was not so nice. Apparently I didn’t understand her when she said«Would you like it Mike’s way?» I thought she said«What would you like today?» So I started to say«lettuce» and she acted very put out and let out a huge sigh. I said«sorry I didn’t understand what you said» and then she explained what Mike’s way meant. It left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. If I do go back to a Jersey Mike’s I would prefer not to go back to this one.

You know when the juices run down your fingers and threaten your shirt that you’re dealing with a great sandwich. My favorite is #8, the Club Sub. I usually take it home to eat and have to use a dish towel as a napkin. It’s crammed with a generous portion of ingredients, spilling over the edges of the bread. Very soft and moist. Absolutely fabulous. They’re also very considerate of vegetarians here, offering to clean the area before building the vegetarian choices. Just let them know. You can add chips and a drink. The sweet tea goes fast, however. Eat in or take out. Extensive sandwich menu. Very fresh ingredients. Friendly staff.

The subs are the best here! The Turkey and Provolone(#7) is so fresh and delicious each time I order it. I always make sure to request the sandwich«Mike’s Way» with no onions. Getting the sandwich«Mike’s Way» sets it a part from all of the other sub places out there because of the good herbs, oil, and vinegar that it’s packed with. I will continue to come here for a sub when I’m in the mood for one!

Pretty good, nothing like a sub I’ve ever had in Jersey, except for the shredded lettuce. Mind you, I grew up in NJ and lived there almost 25 years and I had NEVER heard of this place. Anyway, the Italian is good on wheat. Hit the spot when you want some deli sandwich, however it’s a little big for one person. Got a free sub and drink on my birthday thanks to their rewards card– woo! Friendly staff, clean place. Overall, pretty good.

I love sandwiches and yet, it took me awhile to venture into a Jersey mike’s. Out if hunger and convenience, I finally did. Pro’s: — good selection of your basic sandwich — meats and cheeses are freshly sliced for each sandwich — they don’t skimp on the cheese — bread is soft and chewy — they have wraps Con’s: — they slice the meat and cheese on the same slicer and don’t clean in between(I’m not particular about this but I have vegetarian friends who are) — the don’t have a toast sandwich option — they lack«extras» I didn’t dislike my sandwich but I wasn’t head over heels either. I got the veggies with the works, plus guac(extra charge). There was entirely too much cheese and I love cheese. The vinegar added good acidity but I felt like the guac was skimped on especially since I paid extra for it. I have friends who are die-hards… I’m just not one of them.

Excellent sandwich sub shop really good. Better than a certain sandwich shop. Only complaint is don’t go during lunch hour the lines are terrible and service gets really slow for some reason. Other than that really tasty subs.

The biggest gripe about Jersey Mike’s is that most people go for their cold subs, which are cheap, but only adequate. If you want to truly experience the best Jersey Mike’s has to offer, get a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. They pile the meat and onions high and when they’re done, you’ve got a piping hot cheese steak dripping with cheese and totally addictive.
