My wife and Oliver communicated several times per day and as soon as something came on the market that fit what we were looking for, Oliver was there. Not only did Oliver exceed our expectation as a realtor, he made the application and lease process easy. I worked with Oliver with when I moving to Dallas last year. Unlike another agent at an unnamed company, he listened to what I wanted, emailed me a good list, and took the time to show me 6 – 7 properties. He even helped negotiate a really good deal even though it lowered his commission. Great service and actually gave a sh! t. Give him a call.

After taking a job here in Dallas, I was faced with the realization that I had to lease a place before actually moving here. My fiancé and I knew almost nothing about Dallas– including where to live or how much to pay. I was super skeptical when I saw the website for Intown Properties. Knowing little about leasing agents, I thought this may be a scam, or at least a big disappointment but instead it was one of the smartest things we did during the move. We signed up on the website were contacted by Chase Huddleson, who after speaking with us on the phone sent us a list of properties that met our requirements. We decided to do the impossible and drove in for one day of grueling apartment hunting. Mission Accomplished! after just a couple showings we found a great town home in our price range. Chase made the process so much less stressful, and even helped negotiate some of the unnecessary fees! Chase also does sales and I will definitely be giving him a call when we decide to buy a home. If your not already loving this idea, the service charges the property owners, not the tenants so it’s actually FREE.

I met with David Hand on Thursday, and he set up several visits for Saturday morning. He showed up a ton of options, and we actually signed at a place where the leasing agent wouldn’t give me any service. Kudos to David!

My husband and I had 3 days to find a home before we left for our destination wedding and 3 week honeymoon. We would have 5 days after we returned to Texas to move out of both of our apartments in Austin and into a place in Dallas.
