IHOP

I have been to this location a few times before and was never impressed, except for today. Showed up on a Saturday at 10am and had a short wait. The hostess was very courteous. We were seated in 15 minutes by the manager. Our server was Cesar and he was great too. We had perfect, hot, delicious pancakes in about 5 mins! Seriously, these were perfect banana strawberry pancakes. Overall, we will definitely be back more often. The places was crowded but clean and running efficiently. Kudos to the staff and management.

Ate brunch here. Service was pleasant and fast. Carolyn did a good job of checking on us. Food came fast and was excellent. Good experience. Bathrooms were clean. Will eat here again.

I love IHOP in general, so I feel that what makes or breaks an IHOP is the service at each location. This location has very, very slow service. However everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. We’ll go with three stars. If you’re in a time crunch, don’t come to this location. If you have time, just bring patience anyway.

They need better management. We waited a long time to be seated and we even got our orders mixed up. I had a simple to go order, when they brought the to go order syrup was spilled inside everywhere and it was ALSO the wrong order. I will never go back to this iHop again.

Waitress Teresa was very nice polite and very courteous. Excellent service and great meal.

Great service Donnell was awesome food was good freshly made. It was super busy and packed we got seated in 1mins.

Great IHOP! I have shunned all IHOPS after getting sick on one of the trips to one particular IHOP. This IHOP had very good service and the food was consistently good! I would come here again!

Stopped in for lunch since it was in walking distance from the mechanic shop where my truck is getting worked on. The restaurant is clean inside & outside. The bathroom is clean & stocked. Seated quickly & ordered the Philly cheese sandwich. The Philly came real quick, (of course since I wasting time on my truck at the shop), the sandwich was very tasty & hot. Just the right flavor, usually don’t get onions but forgot to delete them when I ordered. Was surprised the onions were good in the sandwich. The bun was soft the way I like it. The fries were seasoned & very good. I know ihop is known for breakfast, but the Philly cheese sandwich is really good u need to try it sometime.
The waitress was very attentive & nice. I would stop back again if in the area. Good clean restaurant!

We came in on a Friday morning about 8:30. It was not busy at all. We were promptly seated and our drink orders were taken. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive.
My son ordered the banana cream pancakes and they said they were out of bananas. My other son ordered the smiley face pancake and again they couldn’t fulfill that order without bananas. That seems very odd because that is a staple you can pick up at any store. To me that makes the store manager appear to be very lazy for not running out and buying some. This does not reflect on our server, this is a restaurant management problem.
My dad and I both ordered omelets and they were great. The service was great and food was good, its just strange they would run out of bananas!

Me and a friend stopped here around midnight for some post-​foam glow run carb loading! We were seated quickly and drink orders taken and promptly delivered but the fun stopped there. A different waiter (who was dressed like a manager) came to take our orders. We specifically asked for hot syrup for our pancakes, not wanting to wait until we had our food, then wait on the syrup. Food seemed to take a little long for the time of night (it was not busy) and what we ordered. Manager waiter brought out our food, no hot syrup. When we asked for it again he acted as if it was a new request. Then he never returned. We did see another waiter bring hot syrup to a table that didn’t even have any food, that was probably ours. We had to flag our first waiter down to request hot syrup 5 minutes later, as our food sat. He brought it out promptly but the manager waiter should have done so. When I asked for more orange juice, it was brought quickly but then 2 orange juices showed up on my bill. I informed the waiter that if there was a charge for a refill, he should have told me. He just mumbled something in response and did not take it off the bill. I don’t expect 5 star service at IHOP, and I definitely did not get it. Oh, and there was a security guard sitting outside, not super comforting!

This is my 3^rd time coming to this IHOP location and every time we come the waiters take FOREVER to get our drinks and orders then the food takes about 45 min to come out. The food is alright but the service is worse. Do yourself a favor and go to another location if u really want IHOP.

Waiter must of been drunk. Ordered a tea. got a coffee. Ordered a Philly cheese steak and was cold in center. Came with onion rings but got fried. Plus a hair. Will never go back!!!

I love IHops everywhere. They all serve the same delicious food.
Its a matter of serving it with a smile, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the speed of the service.
Some of them have good service and some don’t. Just happens this IHOP had all of the above, but the quickness of food coming back to your table was one of the best. #IHOP #breakfastlove #foodie #foodlove

Worst experience ever. Went through 3 waiters in the 50 minutes it took for our food to be delivered. Asked to speak to the manager and it took almost 10 minutes to find him. We stared at our food under the lamp for almost 20 minutes before we got it. Spoke to the manager about everything and he was nice. The 1 star is for Alexis who finally took over to try to fix everything. Too bad she couldn’t also be the cook.

Worst service ever!!! I placed To-​Go order waited about an hour before I got my food.

Ok food but great service! The prices are still too high for what you get. After all the true cost has to be $ 1.20 per plate and they sell it for 8.99 like it’s some sort of deal.

Horribly disgusting!!! I ordered an omelet, and it was supposed to have chicken on top. Whatever that was on top was NOT chicken! It tasted llke paper with cheap salsa on it!
The waitresses were very nice.

Five stars for five-​star food and five star service. Firstly — the food — bacon could not be better — crisp, thick, and not dry, yet not dripping with grease. Awesome job on the bacon. Eggs are done to perfection here — whether scrambled, over easy or sunny side up. I like my toast burned — just shy of black — and they’re not afraid to do that here.
Now to the service… Omar is by far, the best server I’ve ever had at this or any IHOP! We were greeted by Omar upon entering — a tall young man with a quiet demeanor. He seated us, told us his name and then ended up taking our order when he realized the waiter for our station was tied up. My husband got the build your own omelet and had some very specific requests. Omar listened and repeated what he heard to make sure he understood the request fully. He was attentive and professional. We’ve been to this location several times, and been satisfied with the service — but Omar is the star of the show here — and frankly, of the entire chain. He’s the best server we’ve ever had at an IHOP. We left the highest tip percentage than we’ve ever left and another first for my husband — he wrote a friendly note on the receipt for Omar. I’m telling you — this kid is going places. When you go to IHOP — ask for Omar!
