A great place to live in an awesome neighborhood!
My wife and I have been living here for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it. The property was recently acquired by a new management company run by a a very nice couple. The management is very friendly and responsive. They are currently working on several renovations that will improve the outer appearance.
The apartments are a little small on the inside but very well maintained.
The building is very pet friendly and they’re even putting in a small dog park on the side for the residents! The neighborhood is very fun and friendly.

I like this place a lot. I’ve been living here for the past two years and never had an issue with my apartment. it’s all bills paid and really affordable. I’m a single person with no kids and the space is perfect for me. I don’t think it’s enough space for more than one person but that’s just my opinion. I like the fact that this apartment is located near uptown, downtown and the gayborhood aka cedar springs. they do offer free wifi however it is really spotty bc everybody and they moms be tryna use the Internet. other than that, everyone is friendly and the community is really quiet, which I love :-)
