Don’t let the sales rep fool you. He may be straight-​forward, but only with information he chooses to disclose to you. Make sure you read all of the paperwork because he will not tell you that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I would think this is a piece of information, if you’re running an honest business, that you would willing offer to your customers before they decide to spend hundreds of dollars in your store. A futon will never equal the quality of sleep that a bed provides. Just be cautious of what you’re purchasing.

I’m still feeling kind of bitter for paying a $ 35 delivery fee for a dining room table/​chairs that I bought not too long ago. I live a couple of blocks away from the store. My apartment has a parking garage so even though I live on the second floor, you park on the second level and there are no stairs to deal with. The guys who brought the one big box over just had to unload it from their truck and wheel it in a few feet and drop it off. It took all of about 5 minutes from when they called me from the store.
My friend who lives in Mesquite paid $ 40, and he had an entertainment unit and a full bed that was already put together delivered. They had trouble getting the bed in the house, and considering how much further they had to drive, I don’t think what I paid was fair in comparison. Unhappy face.
