Just want to warn families that work hard for their money to be aware of people that take advantage of you. Dont waste your time or money.
office staff is friendly until you move in water doesnt get hot until its been running for at least 13 – 15 mins the heater wont turn off for at least 15 – 20 after you turn it off ice maker makes green stuff on your ice roaches and bedbugs neighbors put their trash outside of the door terrible odor you call the office to get things taken care of and needless to say no one show up but you get an email asking you to respond and share how your feeling about your mantience problem and if it was resolved in a timely manner when no one cared enough to show up the complex send you mail and state what you owe for the month and once you pay what they told you to pay then they put a letter on your door asking for the money they told you you didnt have to pay and apply late charges its a hassle you dont need this in your life life is hard enough without the extra hassle of a apt complex that treat you this way. Just wanted to try and save other people from the headaches and the hassle its just not worth it save your time and money shouldnt have to pay people that treat you this way hope this help someone hilton head apts on mccree rd is not what you want to call home

I am so eager to move out. I gave 2 stars because office staff is nice and responsive and washer/​dryer is in unit. But price for 2bed is $ 960 and water is almost $ 50 but you do not get what you pay for. Inside of apartment has old carpet. I hate seeing roaches. Apartments are sprayed often and roaches seem to love the spray, So disgusting. Have had a/​c and ventilation mold problems. My family and I have not felt comfortable here since we have moved in. Strongly would NOT recommend.
