My 17 year old niece and her 2 friends came into town because they were flying out of DFW for Cancun the following morning … I was racking my brain on where they may think a «cool» place to eat was so I picked HardRock… We went about 7:30pm and had NO problem getting a table. Our waitress was just«OK»… She wasn’t real attentive but very nice. She forgot our refills a couple times but I wouldn’t say we received poor service at all. The General Manager came to our table and introduced himself, said a couple times he was new to management and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He let the girls request songs to play which I thought was an added bonus to their experience. I would give him 5 stars but the reason why I gave the overall experience 4 stars was The food… It Left much to be desired. I had the New York strip and it was literally so hard to cut that I almost shook the rest of the plates off the table trying! Once I got it cut, the flavor wasn’t too bad but for $ 29 I expected more. The other girls had sandwiches and chicken strips and I didn’t hear any complaints. I think overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience but I don’t see myself just choosing to return here unless it was for a similar reason I went this time. I have been to other HardRocks in random places and I don’t recall it being so empty or getting a workout while cutting my food.

Went in on a Monday night. Wow. I think there were maybe 2 other tables with people at them. This place was not hopping at all. I haven’t been to Dallas much, so it took me a bit to locate the Hard Rock and then to find parking in the area. I’m sure if you are a local, this would be second nature. I went in and there is practically no one in the place. I decided to take a seat at the bar, and proceeded to chat with the bartender. He indicates there are a few new items on the menu, which look very good, but I opt for going with the old standby. The Hard Rock hamburger with fries. I order and continue to chat with the bartender. I can tell he is a little bored due to the lack of patrons. He is very personable and before I know it my food is in front of me. Burger was as I expected and fries were hot and fresh ! No loss of expectations here. They pretty much nailed it ! The place was clean, and when I looked around they had a number of interesting articles of Rock memorabilia. I paid for my meal, and out the door I went. I always seem to have good experiences at the Hard Rock Café. Thank you Dallas for keeping the trend going.

Nice looking casino and the Steak House is awesome but the service is absolutely horrible. Spent 5 hrs on a very popular machine and had to go get our waitress. Not once but three times! Tipped very well every night we were there and experienced issues before but none as bad as the final night. Finally asked for a manager after requesting service so much and the fb manager on duty promised to make the server frequent our area but we waited over 30 minutes to even get the manager over. We were forced to walk away from our machines several times while what looked like employees in prison uniforms emptied the machines. We kept moving to avoid it but they seriously approached us at every move. They even began to laugh at us thinking it was funny at how upset we were getting. I’ve been to many hard rock casinos and this one was hands down the worst with beverage service and customer service!

Bad service EVERYSINGLETIME unless you sit at the bar. Also, there is usually a wait during dinner time but there are always alot of empty tables. It seems like they never have enough staff. It’s sad to see. We were there last night before the Cure concert at the AAC and had the air Mexico flight of margaritas. The picture showed all frozen margaritas. Imagine my surprise when all 3 came out on the rocks instead of blended. I wasn’t even asked and I guess it was undeniably fault for assuming it would be blended as per the picture. No worries, I’ll still drink them. Also, the chips and salsa that come with the drinks, does not look like the pic either. The picture shows a blended salsa, more juicy. What I got was Pico De Gallo. Chopped up tomatoes and onions. Not tasty at all. For $ 16, I was thoroughly underwhelmed. I’ve been here several times before. Only because it’s close to other event venues but I think I’ve given them enough chances and enough of my money. Their prices are very high for basic food and shitty service.

Made our reservation on the website, they called us to let let us know that they were running behind, but we opted for seating at the bar. Good choice! Beav was the best, he was full of recommendations, humor and took care of our order flawlessly. Great night, thanks to Beav!

When we arrived with our party of 8 they told us it would be 40 minutes. The girl was quite rude about it too. There was an older guy there holding menus and he told us he’d do his best to get us seating and was very sweet. In less than 10 minutes we were seated and we were glad we didn’t leave. The hostess should not send so much business away because they almost lost our $ 250 check that night. The food was really great, so was the service. The live band was good but maybe a tad loud. We couldn’t hear each other talk. But all in all it was good.

Why the heck are the ratings so low. For food is great! I like the burger and fries. The service was great too. Out of the 3 times I came here 2⁄3 waiters I got were helpful and pleasant. My friend was kinda annoying asking details about the beers they have but our waiter was super patient and helpful. The vibe here is great love the décor.

This place is expensive and not worth it at all. The ribs and chicken was bland and too much mustard in the BBQ sauce. You can’t sub any sides they give you but the fries.

Won’t be back and don’t recommend it. Place was empty, staff not attentive, didn’t feel real welcome and was overcharged, had to wait for bill to be corrected. Disappointed and recommend to avoid this one.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would, and we didn’t even eat. After waiting in line, for over the original«it will be 25 minutes,» already frustrated by the numerous amount of open tables, we were taken to a TERRIBLE table, basically in the bar. I requested a different table, and pointed to an available booth nearby. I was then told«we can’t over seat sections.» And the waiter refused to accommodate us. We did not want to sit at the table assigned, and the fact that we waited so long, for no reason, should be unacceptable to staff, management, and the organization… There is a reason that Hard Rock Restsuranrs are failing and unpopular, and constant bad experiences and frustrated customers are some of the main reasons.

I’ve been to several Hard Rocks in the past few years and this one was the same atmosphere and food, which is a little more upscale American. We ordered a club sandwich, which was a very large portion, and a special burger. The burger was advertised with Guinness cheese sauce and bacon jam soaked in Jamison. The picture looked amazing but the burger only had about half of the toppings it was advertised as having. By the time we split the burger, we each barely had any to taste. We were a little put off by our waitress, who was overly talkative and inserted herself into our conversations several times. We had to answer six or seven questions about our visit before she took our drink order and then insisted that we tell her our chocolate preference before leaving us to discuss our dessert order. When she took payment, she asked if we needed change when we were due six dollars on a $ 14 bill(we had two bills). We said yes and she returned with a five and a one, neither of which we were wanted to leave because we had intended to leave $ 2 – 3 each. Overall, it was a disappointing visit to Hard Rock.

Don’t ever go to Hard Rock Café dallas!!! worst service in the world!!! We had reservations! They sat us down at seats with no table and said Oh we’ll be back with your table. 10 min later I after being passed by multiple waiters finally caught one and ask for a table! She said uuum let me get my manager so the manager obviously hungover from the night before with a drink in hand comes over and says«I heard yall needed to talk to me» I’m like yea we need a table!!! Duuuh Jesus Christ how many people does it take to realize that we needed a table. Obviously the people next to us took it so I was saying loudly how someone took our table. And get this!!! We made reservations a week ago! This made no sense and everyone working there didn’t seem that bright even the«cool dude» manager so needless to say we just left, get yalls shit together! And on valentine day wtf! We came across the streets to Dicks last resort and having a blast!

Nothing special at all. I was excited to go because usually some of the memorabilia is cool. Not really. And this was the smallest HR I’ve ever seen, so unless there are back rooms with the cool stuff, and the patrons, its not that impressive. The place was dead, and a bit sad on a Thursday evening. Bar staff wasn’t bad, but also not particularly nice or helpful. And a well vodka and soda was $ 8 and change. Unnecessary! No need to return beyond happy hours, and then it might be questionable, or if you know there is some sort of event there.

Got the local legendary burger. Fun to try and take down. Peppers and onions were not grilled enough and pickle was hardly fried. Could have been way better if cooked well, but it was still okay. I give it a 3 out of 5 and it costs $ 13 which is way high for an alright burger, but it is huge.

I don’t normally eat at chains but me, my wife, and three close friends decided to do this while in Dallas for the Bama vs WI game. Needed a quick meal, mostly appetizers on Friday before going to a BAMA tailgate event. Service was great as well as the food. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Nachos were good as well as the large combo platter. Drinks were great as well.

I love a good burger. I go out of my way to try new burgers, famous burgers, experimental burgers, you name it. This month I am participating in the Dallas Observer’s competition in conjunction with Budweiser to find the best burger in Dallas. . The best burger so far? Hard Rock Café’s Legendary Burger. A half-pound of heaven! Served up by our waiter, Bryan, an old pro who knows his stuff about burgers, rock music and cool things to see and do in Dallas. Loved the gift shop, too, where manager Stacy was outgoing and knowledgeable about Hard Rock’s history and the meanings behind all those beautiful pins.

Shitty service! LaKarin, needs additional training ASAP! It took a Good 45 minutes to come out with food and drinks, drinks looked nothing like the picture, server was rude, chair broke as one of the members in our party sat down«who is not overweight», didn’t sing or acknowledge a members birthday after we told them prior to being seated it was her birthday, and the list goes on. And to top it off, it was SLOWASHELL!!! PLEASE save your time and money and go across the street to Dicks or Hooters, or House of Blues BUT I do want to give a shout out to Amanda the manager on duty who was very sweet and took the time to actually assist us and made sure everyone left a little happier. AND to add, Heather the bartender came out and showed us a lot of love. She too was very sweet and helpful.

I want to start out by saying that I don’t often write reviews. But this seemed utterly necessary. I went to the Hard Rock Café to see a girl perform the other night. I hadn’t been to the Hard Rock in at least 10 years and was interested to see the differences. The service was downright deplorable. A flippant waitress seemed to personally victimized that we asked for drinks. I ordered some blue concussion that wasn’t filled to the top, and I asked if a little Hard Rock stick would be put in it.(I write a local blog and thought it would make for a nice picture.) But the drink was disgusting and I couldn’t take a decent photo the way it was sloppily put together. We ordered the appetizer platter for our 8 friends. It came 45 minutes later while the artist performing was BLASTED into our ears. I should have brought ear plugs, but I though this was a restaurant after all. The appetizer was bland and chips were stale. I ordered the mac and cheese. Don’t order the mac and cheese. Soggy, cold bread with pasta– Kraft could have done a better job. As a last ditch effort I ordered a wine. My mouth dropped when the waitress gave me a half glass of $ 8 wine. Everything was bad. The food, the music, the drinks, and all to the tune of too much money. Save yourself, don’t go to the Hard Rock. I never will again.

If I could give zero stars I would. After a 20 minute wait, our party of 3 got seated on the patio. 15 minutes later someone came out to take our order. 40 minutes later we still did not have drinks or food. Went in to complain and our(cold) food came out. Drinks followed shortly after. A quick apology was given and full price was paid. Never giving another penny to this place again.

I finally got to visit the famous Hard Rock Café! Where do I start? Service was a bit slow at first(hence the four stars) but when we finally got our waitress she was awesome. Charismatic and down to earth, she was a friendly and funny gal. I was overwhelmed by all the drink choices, I couldn’t decide! But I went with the«Groupie Grind» and it did not disappoint. :) Food was good also. *thumbs up* For dessert my table and I shared a fresh apple cobbler, yummy yummy. Being my first time at a Hard Rock Café I thought all the famous artist outfits and instruments on the walls were pretty cool. Although it was definitely a loud ambience, I enjoyed the live music. The performer even gave us a free cd of his music. Overall, this is a really cool place here in Dallas.

It’s okay I guess. Honestly I’m not a big fan of this one. The drinks are overpriced compared to other chain restaurants on the same block(Hooters & Dick’s Last Resort). House of Blues is there too, but the drinks are too expensive there as well. Hard Rock does have good food. Damn good food. It’s also expensive for what you’re getting. A cheeseburger should not cost more than 10 bucks anywhere. I’ve been a few times over the past year and I’ve never seen the place crowded. It’s usually fairly empty, but then again the times and days that I went were off peak and maybe I should check it out on a Saturday night. They have a stage. I’ve never heard of anyone performing there on it though. I don’t know if that’s because they don’t have live music, or just don’t advertise it well like HOB does. All things considered this is a fine tourist trap if you want something quick and easy. The staff is friendly. It’s in a great location.

Myself and about 12⁄13 friends visited Hard Rock Café this past Sunday Drag Brunch! We all sat together and the show was wonderful! Now, unfortunately for us and Hard Rock… I had never even been to the hard rock in Dallas and will probably NEVER return. We sat down around 12:40 ish. Around 12:55 or so we had a waitress and she took all 13 of our drink orders. Everyone was looking at their menus and trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. The show starts and of course the drag queens were great! Luckily we were distracted by the show but around 1:30/1:40 everyone started to realize she never even took our food order. So I flagged her down and asked her if we could order, her response… OH, you are ready to order? Ummm… Hello! We’ve been sitting here for 1 hour! Yes we are ready to order! Now she is at my end of the table and she literally takes 3 people’s orders and walks away from the table not even taking everyone else’s orders! Drinks were sitting empty, what a mess! Maybe about 15 min later… I look over at my friend and she’s confused. I asked her if she ordered and she said NO! I was like… What? She didn’t go all the way around the table??? Now call me crazy… But why would she take 3 – 4 people’s orders and not the other 10 or so! Finally everyone had ordered, food took forever and 2 people NEVER even got their food! When they asked the waitress about it, she said Oh, it’s coming out! Well everyone had already finished eating and by this time it was darn near 2:30pm! Now I do realize this a chain and all but the food was highly overpriced and expensive for what it was. I don’t mind paying a good $ 40/$ 50 for brunch if the food is top notch! Oh and a side note… I had to get change for my $ 20 to be able to tip the drag queens and they seemed very annoyed by that in the gift shop! The restaurant should be able to give anyone change especially at drag brunches! Now on a positive… My friend and I had the Berry Press drink and it was fabulous! I actually had ordered the bottomless mimosas originally but they weren’t that good and had barely any champagne in them! But that berry press. YUM! Oh and our food was nothing to write home about! Now, I might come back to drag brunch to the see the show but never just to go there!

We didn’t originally choose Hard Rock, but it’s very convenient to American Airlines Center. We stopped in for a quick dinner before the Mavs game and what a pleasant experience. It wasn’t busy really… which is a shame. The Hostess was very accommodating and sat us quickly. The server, Bryan, was very personable and informed us of the music selections, the historic items on the wall and the gift shop. The food is a BIT pricey for what it is but at least it tastes good! The portion size is pretty decent for the price. The service definitely won me over.

I’ve been to several Hard Rock Cafes, so I walked into this with low expectations. Turns out that this location exceeded even my lowest expectations. My wife and I walked in a little before 1:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by a friendly hostess … who then led us to a dirty table. Half of the table was covered in crumbs almost as if whoever bussed the table only wiped what they could easily reach and ignored the rest of it. The restaurant was almost empty — there were maybe four or five occupied tables — which leaves me confused as to why it took almost ten minutes for the waiter(Rudy) to take our drink order. After delivering our drinks my wife and I carefully recited our orders to Rudy and commented to one another after he left about how he didn’t write anything down. Sure enough, moments later Rudy returned to our table and asked me to repeat my order. Again, the restaurant was bare, which made it even stranger that it took over 30 minutes for Rudy to deliver two very bland, mediocre burgers and fries. The cheese on my wife’s burger wasn’t even melted — like the cook remembered it as the plate was leaving the kitchen. Rudy didn’t remember her mayonnaise … probably because he didn’t write it down. I had to scrape the gloppy, greasy cheddar cheese off of my burger and laid the limp, undercooked, fatty bacon to the side. The one thing that Rudy did correctly was to specify to the cooks that I wanted my burger well done. And it was WELL done. Like almost inedible. Like it was so black that I had to scrape some of the crust off with my knife. Their Dr. Pepper was pretty on point. A table full of eight or nine 12 – 13 year-old girls volleyball players were placed right beside us … even though the rest of the restaurant was empty. With screeching girls driving us mad, we knew better than to ask Rudy to help us out, as he was soaking up their attention and enjoying every minute of it. For $ 14, I think it’s reasonable to expect higher quality than what we received. Of course we understand that part of the appeal of the Hard Rock experience –and part of the cost of the meal — is the memorabilia, but from our table all we could see was a guitar for the Texas Tornadoes(?) and another guitar with some signatures I couldn’t read. So essentially my wife and I paid nearly $ 40 for a couple burgers that we basically picked at, some decent french fries, and two pretty great Dr. Peppers … and a whole lotta frustration.

This is my first visit at a Hard Rock Café. The atmosphere is very nice as you walk in. The guitars stood out and got my attention. You don’t see other cafes like these from the bar to the dining floor. The staff is very helpful and polite for my group of 15. They were able to seat us at a table which was half booth. The white gator chair added a nice touch to the place. I felt like this was the place to be! I ordered the Hickory-smoked pulled pork sandwich and it wasn’t too satisfying. I was expecting a bit of some sauce as it mentioned, but it was dry. I dipped the sandwich into some ketchup to get this a bit wet and meet my standards. I also ordered a drink that had orange, pineapple juice, and redbull. It was awesome and made my day because I was on my way home. The restrooms were clean, but it was a bit weird when I used the sink. I could hear the other side of the wall as it wasn’t covered all the way to the top. The other side of the wall was the woman’s restroom. The sinks were placed in one spot for both restrooms.
