Location — next to a freeway and seems like the surrounding neighborhood is unsafe.
They said it was a newer hotel so the cleanliness was expected.

Stayed at this hotel when I was traveling to Dallas. It is a decent commute from DFW as well as to downtown Dallas. It is a very new and modern hotel right off the freeway. There isn’t much to do around this hotel as it’s literally next to the Exxon building and a couple other hotels. I don’t recommend walking around as there isn’t much to see, rather, hop on the 35 fwy and drive down to downtown.
The staff is really friendly and I enjoyed talking to them upon my arrival. My room was spacious enough for two and I really enjoyed the size of the bathroom (that is a big hit or miss in many hotels). This location also offers free wifi, gym, breakfast and other amenities.
I think room service can be more thorough when it comes to cleaning as I did find a gum wrapper on the floor which is an obvious site.
Overall though, I’d stay here again — close enough to downtown, the freeway (and cars weren’t even loud!), and relax/​comfortable stay.

Impressed! This seems like a new or newly remodeled location. It’s modern and clean, with nice service upon check-​in. In my room I had a 47 inch flat screen, big walk in shower, and a spacious area with a king sized bed.
It was a respectable drive from DFW Airport and downtown, but there is not much around it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was okay, with some hot and cold options. Wifi is available, along with a business center.
It’s a very decent place to stay for the business traveler going from point a to point b. I’d go back.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever seen. I would recommend anyone staying in the Dallas area to definitely take advantage of this gem. Hampton is consistently nice nationwide, I think. This location is tenfold what I am used to. The staff is also SUPER COOL. I came at an odd time after landing on a red eye flight. They basically gave me a free night, and the normal rates are SUPER competitive considering how close this place is to downtown. If I could give more stars I would. STAY HERE! PERIOD.

Very nice hotel, cool staff, spacious room with 47inch smart TV, walkin shower my favorite, modern bathroom and living area… Super close to the downtown uptown action it’s not walking walking distance but it’s a 5min drive to uptown with clear traffic… Worth the reservation… it doesn’t offer the best views but as far as budget, connivence, service and comfort it’s awesome…
