3.5 stars. First time at a Haagen Dazs! I got a small cookies and cream cup, which was very satisfying. The ice cream was soft and creamy, but not runny. The cashier was friendly and fast!

This is an amazing place for Ice Cream! The only place where I will order my ice cream — the Caramel Cone is my favorite and the team there is so nice!

I went to this shop the second time. The milk shake was slightly better, but not better than Dairy Queen’s. I recently went to the San Antonio Hagen Dazs shop and again is very satisfied with their milk shakes.
I paid more attention on the ice cream portions served for the milk shakes and obviously San Antonio’s beat Dallas’ by miles. Unless this part is fixed, there will not be any improvements at the Galleria’s shop.
