Horrible hair cut. Looks like she was in too much rush. I did mistake after reading all the comments I shouldn’t come here. She was not at all listening what I was telling and completed hair cut in 3 mins.

There were like 2 people working, so had to wait almost an hour. The lady that did cut my hair barely spoke to me.

The woman that cut my hair didn’t even ask how short I wanted it on top. I told her I wanted a zero fade and a faux hawk. She proceeded to shave my whole head! And then cut the top way too short! I look like I belong in the military! I will NEVER go there EVER AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible. I regret having to give this place one star.
There are maybe two ladies there (that I saw) that weren’t completely rude, but it isn’t enough for me to ever go back there. First of all, the lady that cut my hair maybe said two words to me. I should have known then it wasn’t going to be a good experience. I left thinking my hair was fine because of the way she brushed it. Once I got home, I saw that a huge chunk of hair was missing from one side. It was ridiculous. So I went back to show her and get it fixed and was met with rolling eyes, sighs, and general frustration. Like it was my fault she screwed up my hair. Finally, another lady agreed to fix it, which was obviously a HUGE inconvenience for her. I think this lady is the boss around there? She was very rude and short with me and rushed me out of there.
My hair is a disaster and I have to try and find ANOTHER place to fix it. I won’t go back there for anything.

This place was able to correct a MAJOR horrible haircut that one of the other location (W Park Blvd) messed up!!!
Today My husband went during his lunch between business meeting for a simple trim. My husband told me that the staff there look like a FREAK SHOW and the one girl with short blonde hair and big ear loop rings took and hour and totally made him look World War I hair cut! It was so HORRIBLE that my husband had to reschedule one of his meeting and go to the FRANKFORD location. Thank God for the ladies at FRANKFORD LOCATION that were able to savage the little hair my husband still had left!

Always get my hair cut here by Huang (a.k.a. Heather) and she does a wonderful job and prices can’t be beat. Are in and out in no time and she takes pride in her work. Would recommend other stylists too as think they are all good.
