I really must give these guys props on their service. I’ve had them bookmarked on Unilocal for some time, but never really gave the time to write a proper review… and when I saw Josue H post a review, I realized I needed to do the same. So here’s 5 min out of my schedule.
First, the shop is located just off I-​30 in Dallas. Easiest way to get to the shop is driving Westbound and get off at the Carroll Rd exit. They are on your right hand side. The shop itself is fairly big, with 4 bays for vehicles. There is additional parking outside and along the side of the building.
If you’re a first timer here… go in with no expectations. There is no fancy waiting room… no coffee for the customers… no little TV for the kids. This is a repair shop. Two or three guys working under cars. No time for chit chat… no time for what the Mavs did the night before. Just tell them what’s the problem, give them your keys, a phone number and go.
Don’t feel strange about leaving your car. I admit I had trouble with just giving my keys and leaving. No receipt… no claim ticket… nothing. But, I’ve never had any problems with these guys here. I’ve always received my car in excellent condition, looking the same as when I left it (even better sometimes).
These guys have worked on two of my vehicles several times (one foreign, one domestic) and have done relatively inexpensive work which has never needed to be re-​done because of mistakes or failure to properly solve the problem. They’ve even let me buy parts on my own and bring them there, or have sourced them for me and charged me their wholesale price on them.
Very good pricing on their work, as compared to other dealership shops and they have the technology and expertise to do the work right.
I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
