i’m not the kind that needs soft music or small talk when i get my eyebrows cleaned up. and i don’t tend to plan threading or waxing ahead of time(i usually decide when i bring down the car mirror and realize how bad i’ve let my brows go). so it was refreshing to find this little studio, call the number and have my brows cleaned up less than 20 min later. it’s quick. it’s unpretentious. and the price is right. i’ll definitely be back.

Update: I have been to the N. Dallas and central Dallas locations. I’m always satisfied.

I have been going to this location for 2 years and each time my eye brows come out great. They ladies are experienced and the prices are great. I have been to several other threading places and this is the best one so far.

I want to say that I really like this place. It’s very low-key, affordable and usually quick service. I’ve been to Everest salon to get my eyebrows done fairly consistently over the past year. I usually go every 3 – 5 weeks. It’s a toss-up to see how good your threader will be! Sometimes it is an older lady, sometimes a bored looking younger woman. I’ve had two very bad experiences here that have turned me away from the 8 – 10 other times that it has been good. One time, the younger girl was moving so quickly that she took out huge chunks of my eyebrow hair and a small piece of skin! It was awful, and she did not even apologize after I pointed it out. I started going on Wednesday nights because I found out one particularly lady works at that time, and she was fabulous the first time I saw her. Her threading was precise, light and pain-free! Not the case the second time around! I’m not sure what the cause is for the discrepancy of service, but I sure wish they would shape up!

Walked in and got my eyebrows threaded in like 7 minutes. And she did a GREATJOB! I love quick service! Plus she was so kind and catered to my need to slather aloe all over my eyebrows lol. I’ll def be back to Everest!

The people are nice and the work is good. I typically come here when I am in a bind and not able to get to my other lady.

I go here exclusively for eyebrow/upper lip threading in Dallas every 1 – 2 months. Been coming back 5 or 6 times now. It’s almost always a young girl, today I had an older lady. Both are great — they follow the natural arc of my eyebrows and don’t overdo it. I’ve never had a problem with them threading too thin or anything like that. For the price, I drive out of my way from Uptown to come here. As other reviews have noted, the location is confusing and inside the salon suites(blue sign). I always walk in and have never had to wait longer than 10 – 15 minutes, even with 4 ppl in line ahead of me at their busiest.

AWFUL! I just had my eyebrows butchered here. The girl ripped a chunk out of my left eyebrow. It is super short! Now my eyebrows are totally uneven I don’t know if i should pluck the right one to match or cover the botched job with my hair until it grows. I am surprised because my first visit a few months ago was great. It was a different girl this time and I am sorry, she sucks.

They are not as good as Suki but are cheaper, no appt req, and super easy to park. We really liked Suki but it’s for my 12 year old so not worth the trouble. This is perfect for our needs, quick, easy, and cheap!

Best place to get your eyebrows done! There’s never any waiting & you just can’t beat the price-$ 8! Have loved my brows every time! I used to get my eyebrows waxed but found that it irritated the skin under my brow to the point of bleeding. Haven’t had any issues with the threading! The people her are nice & friendly too!

Love love love this place. I have never had a problem here. I’m in and out in 10 minutes and it’s $ 8. You can’t beat that! My eyebrows are always shaped just the way I want them, which is thick. I’m sad that I moved and this place is now too far away to go to

What a horrifying experience! That girl had no idea what she was doing and did not seem to understand that I wanted my eyebrows to match each other. Go figure that I didnt want one eyebrow thicker than the other. I asked her 3 times to fix them and she could never get it right. I finally had to leave and go back to work. How sad that she is butchering eyebrows acting like she cannot see how bad her work is!

Really great good last time I went but I didn’t like this lady this time. Sorry I forgot the names but I’m used to them taking the blush brush and sweeping over the eyes when they are done so nothing gets in your eyes and she didn’t do that at all, even after she saw me doing it. Also I didnt really care for this arch she did not good at all not defined enough for me. I will still come back but only on Mondays when the other young girl is there.

I feel like I was at a different salon than the one listed in all of these five-star reviews… When I walked in, the girl completely ignored me for about two minutes, to the point that I wondered if I was in the right place. I finally asked, «Is this where you do threading???» And she looked at me, got up, and started adjusting the seat. This was apparently meant to signify«yes.» I very specifically told her I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up — not thinned or shaped, just cleaned up where there were random hairs. She started threading, which hurt more than ever threading I’ve ever had — and I’ve had quite a few — and then when her colleague came in, they loudly spoke to each other in another language for about five minutes. After the most painful threading session of my life — I was crying — she told me she was finished, and I looked to see that she had shaped my eyebrows into thin uneven lines, totally undoing two months of growing out. I typically go to Wink in West Village but didn’t feel like making the drive; I will never make that mistake again. They’re $ 4 more and about 400 percent better.

This place is a great find! I recently moved to Dallas and have been looking for a reasonably priced, conveniently located place to go and I’m so glad I found Everest Eyebrow Threading Salon. I was VERY happy with the outcome. The woman knew exactly what she was doing and I walked out feeling great. HIghly Recommended!

Went there kind of on a whim, after my own eyebrow shaping attempt ended rather poorly. Came out 10 minutes later with perfectly shaped arches. Will be back for maintenance. By the way Google maps lies to you about the location of this place. It is located next to Tuesday Morning and Sally’s Beauty Supply, NOT in the shopping center on the opposite side of the road. So if you are by Tom Thumb you’re in the wrong place.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded at Everest for about a year now. Just when I found the right place with the right prices, they closed down. But it wasn’t by choice. Everest was located in a big salon of salons. It’s hard to describe what the Lakewood Salons thing was. It was sort of like a mini shopping mall except all the stores were individual salons or parlors rented out by beauticians. Anyway, apparently the main owner sold the Lakewood Salon facility and kicked out all of the salons/parlors who rented spaces from him. It’s empty now and there’s no word if they will re-open under new management. Everest ended up moving into a temporary space in the same strip mall after the management change. However, I went back this week and they had cleared out. No signs were posted or anything, so I’m guessing they are gone for good. They did great work while they lasted there. All the employees were nice it was affordable as well. I used to get my brows and lip threaded for only $ 13. There was never a wait, they had great hours(opened early and late) and were also open on Sundays. Anyway, any new updates from fellow Unilocalers would be much appreciated!

$ 8 for brow, great look. I use to go to Wink but now never go anywhere else for brows or lip.

I am not a fan of brow waxing — It’s sticky, it turns your bright red for hours, & my skin rebels something awful. I’ve heard about threading, but I haven’t been brave enough to try. This past weekend, I decided to suck it up & be brave. How did I not know about this place sooner? I’m not even sure I knew about the Lakewood Salons, but this was a great experience. These ladies really know their trade. They’re quick, gentle(though it still stung a bit), & are cheaper than the competition. I walked right in & had stellar brows in no time. Thank goodness, because those things had gotten out of control. And it only cost me $ 8(before tip)! They hold great hours & welcome walk-ins. I can honestly say I am done with brow waxing. Bring on the threading!
