Expensive, security not always good. Security wall between the complex and the large shopping center behind was partially removed by «young men» who lived at the complex. Wall was down for approx 3 months creating a huge security breach to the shopping center parking lot which at one point became an all night truck stop that the office was oblivious to the matter until some of the residents complained about the noise and traffic
Oh the best was when they released personal information to the opposing side in a divorce case without checking with their legal dept or notifying me
Charged me for re carpeting a place I lived in for 11 months for brand new carpet. For my «urine soaked» townhouse. My 1 small dog did not urinate throughout the upstairs of my unit. They tried to say the traffic pattern between the bed and the bathroom was urine as well as an obvious water leak from an exterior door was also urine. Never offered to do a walk through move out nor was I notified there was a problem
I also found a set of master keys apparently left by a maintenance worker that I turned in. I needed to sign an additional 6 mos lease and was told my rate would be the same only to be told when I came in to sign the lease it was $ 200 more. They offered me a 5 mos extension on my lease at a reduced rate increase if up would only sign 5 months instead of 6 then they told me they really wanted me to stay. Really?!
