Just the type of good quality help we should expect from a hardware store. Their employees know what they have in stock, and seem to be knowledgeable in general home repairs.
One employee didn’t know my exact need, but got another who looked at what I brought, listened to the problem, helped confirm my solution, then showed me where to find the items I needed. What more could you possibly ask for?
Elliott’s seems like what a hardware store must’ve been before the big box guys took over. The prices aren’t as low, and they don’t have every exact item, but I’ll gladly pay a premium for the help and service.

For years I’ve explained what I want to fix or create depending on the experts at Elliotts to provide me the tools and supplies I need to succeed
To now have the folks at Elliotts now within walking distance is wonderful for me.
If you appreciate knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people, this is the hardware store for you.
I am not an expert in the nuances of home repair but do enjoy fixing what I can. The people at Elliotts have always come through.
One final note, if they don’t have what I need, they order it and call when it’s arrived.

Elliott’s sales staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The Casa Linda location has an amazing variety of hardware gadgets, tools and household items. Be sure to check out the selection of vintage soda brands for sale. I love Elliot’s Hardware!
