Dallas Wellness Center

What a horrid situation this company has just put me in!
Earlier this year I had a minor injury and began seeing Anna for a weekly medical massage. The chiropractor on duty would do an adjustment while I was there too usually. Adjustments never really did anything for me… but the people were pleasant and the massage was cheaper than most in Dallas when using my insurance coverage.
One Saturday morning the office called to tell me Anna wouldn’t be available & asked me if I wanted to reschedule. We couldn’t find a time that worked for both Anna and I so I just cancelled the appointment all together.
Soon there after I received a note in the mail that I must pay $ 40 co pay for not showing up to my appointment. Honestly I thought to myself I’m never going back to this place because it’s not my fault my therapist suddenly wasn’t available for my appointment & this bill should not be here.
Today I get a call from a collections company demanding $ 50 for Dallas Wellness Center! Say what? They opened collections for this? Amazing. Great, thanks.
P. s. I’d much rather make the drive to knead med massage for better facilities, longer massages, better pricing, & customer service that doesn’t try to screw people over.
Stress is one of the things that deteriorates wellness but Dallas wellness center gifted me with the stress of collections over a bill I did NOT receive service for.
They try to say I should’ve cancelled 24 hours prior, but I wasn’t informed my therapist wouldn’t be available until an hour before my appointment.

Great place and super friendly staff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Stewart is amazing! In just a few weeks he’s improved my back pain significantly. When I have to skip my weekly visit, I can tell! He and his staff are just wonderful — extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended their services to my colleagues. I’ve finally found my chiropractor!

My primary care physician from Baylor Family Medical in Uptown recommended the Dallas Wellness Center to help me recover from a rear-​end collision with a drunk driver. Their staff called me immediately and booked an appointment that worked with my schedule. Easy, efficient and friendly. Dr. Kirkpatrick confidently evaluated each one of my injuries while assuring me that he could create a plan to have me feeling like myself as soon as possible. I appreciated his thoroughness during my initial exam, and that he had x-​rays done to properly assess my injuries.
I have been to several appointments so far and am extremely pleased about how quick and efficient the check-​in process was and their willingness to work with third-​parties (if you happen to be an accident and someone else is responsible). So far my appointments have started with a tingling electro-​therapy & heating pad treatment, followed by a therapeutic waterbed session, concluding with some relieving adjustments. Very glad that I discovered this place– I can already tell it’s helping speed up my recovery process.

If you have chronic back pain as I do, or you would like a massage, you can’t go anywhere better than the Dallas Wellness Center. Everyone on staff, Dr. Kirkpatrick, Dr. Stewart, Stephanie, Tomas & Ana are all provide you with the best of care. If would like a massage, Lawrence is the best! This team has managed my lower back issues for the past few years and thanks to maintaining my therapy, I am pain free!

I went to the Dallas Wellness Center from a friend’s referral after a car accident 2 years ago — and I’m glad I did. Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff have been extremely helpful and my back fully recovered. Now I go in throughout the year for adjustments and massage therapy and can feel a major, positive difference after every visit. I also love the hyrdotable and other treatments they do each time I’m there. Thank you, Dallas Wellness Center.

I started going to Dallas Wellness Center after a car accident. I have only been going for two weeks but I already see results from my therapy. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and available to answer any questions you may have. The doctors are simply THE BEST!!! Thank you Dallas Wellness Center for making me feel GREAT!!!

I never have to wait to be seen. Dr. Stewart is professional and personable. He always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and he is thoughtful in his assessment. This is not my first visit to a Chiropractor, and I am very impressed with Dr.Stewart.

I purchased a groupon on April 8^th and made the appointment that day. They seem to be very busy as the next open Saturday was May 23^rd. May 22^nd rolls around and I have been looking forward to the massage the entire time. I call to confirm the appointment and to my surprise, I’m in their system but no appointment at all. I rescheduled the appointment for May 30^th. To be continued…
Update:
My initial appointment for the 23^rd was for 11:00AM. When I rescheduled, I kept the time of 11:00AM. I received my confirmation call and they inform me the appointment is at 10:00AM. They can not move it to 11:00AM because it’s already booked. To be continued…

Both times when I made the appointment, I requested a female however I received a male.
The massage was great and Lawrence was amazing. The pressure was perfect and he asked me few times if I was comfortable with the pressure.
I would give Lawrence 5 stars and the scheduling staff 1 star.

You won’t believe how wonderfully friendly and welcoming this office is. Lawrence is a wonderful masseuse and both of the Doctors are great! Thanks for helping me.

The Dallas Wellness Center is great. Both Dr. Stewart and Dr. Kirkpatrick are very professional and knowledge. I have been in for three adjustments and one massage, which I highly recommend! I had Ana. Works great with my insurance also. I can get an adjustment and a massage for my co-​pay!

I came to DWC for nerve pain running down my arm to my fingers. They did a full assessment with xray and found the problem quickly, with me coming back the same day. They work with your schedule and are very friendly. I’m still a little nervous getting adjustments, but Dr K takes time to answer any questions and explain everything he does. Just ask! The massage therapists are also life savers.

I’ve been going to the Dallas wellness center since early January after a drunk driver hit my wife and I. Doctor Kirkpatrick and his staff have not only done an excellent job working to help us recover physically, but also to help us navigate the often complicated world of insurance claims. When issues with the other person’s insurance popped up they were patient and very understanding. Their concern was to get us healthy, and figure it the money later.
Doctor Kirkpatrick himself is a great guy and very personable. Dr Stewart has helped me a few times and is excellent as well. Thomas, who helps you get set up in the back is always cool and we’ll usually end up chattingal about something or other for a bit. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and always smiling when I walk in. They’re very responsive over the phone and always willing to help. Once or twice I’ve missed or had to reschedule due to my hectic work schedule and they were very understanding and helped me set up new appointments asap.
Overall this place is fantastic and I would highly recommend checking it out if you have a need!

I feel so much better after just one visit! I went from having a pinched nerve that shot down my arm to no pain at all. They were also the only place that was able to get me in the same day. Dr Kirkpatrick did a great job of explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable.

Basically the DWC is the best place for back pain management and preventative care. After throwing my back out in early 2013, I found Dr. Kirkpatrick and he quickly got me back to my normal levels of functioning through physical therapy and adjustments. Fast forward to December 2014 when I was involved in an auto accident, being struck by a drunk driver. I knew 100% where I was headed — The Dallas Wellness Center. They are helping me get back to pre-​accident functioning.
The whole staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff are great at working with your schedule to get you in when its most convenient for you. Lawrence is pretty much THE best massage therapist I have ever had. Dr. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Stewart are both excellent chiropractors — very involved, caring, and professional.
I would highly recommend the DWC for anyone!

The staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their patience with me and with the other insurance company. I was hit by another driver on my birthday and two days later I came here for betternes. I love their electric shock therapy. It’s simply electrifying!

I love this place. The staff is great, the treatment is amazing, and they make it enjoyable going to the chiropractor. Comfort from the time you walk in till you walk out. They also have an amazing massage staff. I recommend this place to everyone!!! You are crazy if you don’t try them out!!!

I was recommended by a co worker to go here for some back and hip issues and have been going to see Dr. Kirkpatrick ever since.
He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful and he seems to care about my body being in proper adjustment.
They work with insurance and do a variety of wellness options for you.
Now, if only I can figure out how to get one of those water massage tables at my place :)
