I went to see Dr. Polder and the place is great. Wait time to see her, even as a new patient was under 25 – 30 mins. She was very thorough about my treatment options and was very confident about my treatment plan. She also took the time to explain the medications in detail and address any concerns that I had. I have been to Four other derms in the past and she took her time with everything and was simply spot on.
She also recommended products for me to help with at home care.

Dr. Polder is the BEST dermatologist I have ever had. She is attentive, caring, and very nice. She asks me how I am doing, and what I’ve been up to and she remembers who I am when she sees me instead of me just being another patient.
She is very thorough and pays attention to any concerns that I have to make sure that I am taken care of!
I have also had great experiences with the office staff. They are very professional and have great customer service.

I went to see Dr. Polder for moderate acne. Initially I was very pleased with the doctor and her nurse. She prescribed me two prescriptions, one of which needed pre-​authorization through my insurance company, but until that happened she gave me several samples to get started on. Two months go by and I have yet to get my prescription. I have spoken to the nurse multiple times and she has yet to pre-​authorize it. She told me it was denied, however, when I spoke to the insurance company they told me there is nothing on file from Dr. Polder’s office. It’s been very frustrating that after two and a half months nothing has been done, and I keep getting excuse after excuse if they even return my call. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went here to see the PA-​C, Jennifer, about a skin problem I was having. Not only was she unprofessional and in a rush, but she misdiagnosed me. I spent $ 100 here and another $ 125 for a correct opinion. (I don’t have insurance.) Don’t waste your time or money to see her. I won’t be back!
