Their sign says the pharmacy opens at 9:00AM on Sunday mornings, but they actually open at 10:00AM. Good to know when there is a sick child at home. Plus, the pharmacist has a surly attitude.

This would be a ZERO star review if possible. This was the last drugstore near my house that I would still go to. What is up with drugstores and poor customer service and messiness in the Love Field area anyway? Well…I went in Sunday night to buy an American Express gift card among other items. When I emptied my bag Monday morning, I realized the gift card was not in there. I looked for it at home and in the car and could not find it so I headed back up to the store. Their employee Ty was very helpful and let me know that she couldn’t do anything, that I had to call American Express because the card was lost. Hmmm, it’s not that I lost the card, it’s that the card never left your store. Get home, call Amex, am told that I need the card number, which the store can locate. Great. Call CVS, Ty promises she will track it down. Forward to today, two days later, she calls me back with the card number. I promptly call American Express to find out, to my great surprise(sarcasm), that the balance of the card is zero and I am out of luck on a replacement. Wow. I’m shocked. Yes, I wrote CVS an email, not that I think it will do any good, but I had to vent. I’m out $ 25 plus the $ 3.95 activation fee that they do not warn you about prior to purchase. I hope the CVS cashier that kept my gift card enjoyed it. I will never be entering a CVS anywhere, again. Can anyone recommend a decent drugstore?
