Covington Pointe Apartments

Below average for a luxury apartment. Poor maintenance response times. My HVAC breaks every time the weather changes. Complex does not have a gym and the pool is always dirty.

I miss living at Covington, very much! I lived there for 4 years and had to move for personal reasons, but would move back in a heart-​beat! I lived on the first floor in the 1-​bedroom plus den floor plan. The manager, Veronica is very friendly and professional — she really knows her stuff and is on top of things. The community is nice — I always felt safe. It’s a smaller community which I really liked. It’s not brand new but it’s not old — I found my apartment to be very inviting and cozy without much done to it. Maintenance calls were always seen to promptly. The move-​out process was painless. Pet friendly and for the most part, people seemed to pick up after their dogs. I really can’t say anything bad about Covington Pointe.

A very very verrrrrrrrry belated review, I think. Better later than never, though! I lived here a while back but I really enjoyed it. The only reason I moved is because I wanted something a little nicer. I’d rate this is as a middle class apartment. Nothing crazy and not exorbitant– this is really just a homey place to live and if you’re concerned about safety, there is a gate and remote. The apartments are all very spacious and the staff is really great. Veronica is the sweetest ever!!! In my time there, I lived at both a one and two bedroom apartment. Even when my two bedroom caught on fire, my roommate left and I moved elsewhere in the complex. They offer things like free accent walls if you want them and you can pay for the upgraded apartments but otherwise, it’s 70’s brown and white appliances. The company was really great about working with me to make sure I could afford to stay living there so I’d definitely say they’re not heartless bastards. I never had trouble with noise or crime. I had a covered spot and there was always plenty of parking for my visitors. There are two pools which are nice; however, not always open and the jacuzzi isn’t always hot. Every once in a while, they throw community events. They go all out with those. Maintenance was always really quick too. So, if you’re not looking for party life and don’t mind just living like a reasonable person with a moderate price tag, this is the place for you!
