Awesome staff, decently fast wifi, and reasonable daily rates. Easy to setup and get working. The environment is pretty chill, and I’d describe the atmosphere as pretty quiet vs. other hip coworking spaces I’ve been to. Would definitely come again.

Fabulous work environment. Very Zen and organized. Received an awesome tour from management member Merrick. From the high end technology to the awesome décor, I was very impressed. Although I provide office space with another company, I found myself extremely amused with this location. Congrats on a beautiful location!

I recently left Property Management to pursue a career in Real Estate. After five years behind a desk, managing an office and staff, I was very comfortable with the 9 to 5 setting. I specialize in corporate relocation and Apartment Locating which doesn’t require much office space. I have a small home office but it really just wasn’t enough. Sometimes you just need a space where your business life does not flirt with your personal life. After talking with my broker, we found Common Desk and the perfect balance of office space, company culture and freedom. We pay month-​to-​month and enjoy the standard membership which grants us access to Common Desk 7 days a week. Now I can work from home when I need to, and have a fun and encouraging office space when I need a change in pace. The staff is extremely friendly and the space is very well kept. They’ve really created a unique space where people and businesses can collaborate across industry boundaries; both for profit and fun.

I visited, but this place is hella awesome. Tweed coffee + Deep Ellum beers to keep you going throughout the day. Spacious desks and meeting rooms. Great food nearby for meals. Great internet access. Would love to work out of here if I could.

It’s basically shared office space that you can rent out. Most importantly, it’s a stylish, open, modern and well-​designed space conducive to getting work done in a lively, quiet, inviting atmosphere. They’ve got a barista on deck and welcome you to bring in your own refreshments as well (wine and beer permitted as well). And they offer tons of packages to fit just about anyone’s needs. Conference rooms, private quiet work desk areas, WIFI, large long tables and comfy nooks throughout.
This is hands down the best co-​working space in Dallas… and it’s super affordable! Check it out and watch your productivity and work day improve drastically.

Common Desk is an opium den for workaholics. Endless coffee, blazing wifi and places to sit/​plug in are the cornerstones of any work space and CD scores 100% on these essentials.
They win the bonus round, too: smart-​looking, friendly technologists fill the joint. The operators are clearly following their dream, lots of art and design details are sure to please. Music is trendy and played at an appropriate volume for the purpose of the room. Conference rooms are abundant.
Joining CD gets you access to an all-​city roster of startup gangsters. Volleyball, catered breakfast and other community-​building activities keep you connected away from the office.
The finishing touches in the shape of touch screen displays and rustic furniture top off the experience.

This place is great. Very cool vibe — startups and tech guys but also creative types. Nick, the owner, gets some great after hours events. One event last week involved a finance tech startup that was featured on Forbes magazine 2 days before the meeting.
Wish my business was sticking around here longer.

I was stranded in DFW during Hurricane Sandy and couldn’t have dreamed up a better place. Common Desk is everything one could ask for in a workspace — functional, stylish, and comfortable décor and furniture, several different options for work areas; kind, interesting, and respectful fellow residents; lots of character in the surrounding blocks with great lunch options when in need of a break; and actually delicious coffee to top it off. Just two stops away from downtown Dallas on the DART rail — I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m in the metroplex.
