This CiCi’s has lost its superior manager and the dive in quality of the food shows it. Now the pizza stays on the buffet until it dries up and starts to curl, the tables go un-​bussed and you end up looking for a place even though the restaurant is nearly empty, and the climate control is either not working well, or the owners are cheap bastards trying to save money at the expense of their customers’ comfort. I stopped going as soon as the manager left.

If you’re looking for massive quantities of pizza for a cheap price, then you are probably with a Little League team or in college. In which case, Cici’s Pizza might be up your alley. The taco pizza is pretty good, but all in all, the best pizza buffet for a cheap price is still Gatti’s.
