Cici’s Pizza

Very clean place, super awesome friendly staff and caring. Freshly made pizza they keep it coming. Now they have the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza it’s really good.

Can not say anything bad about this location. Pizza’s to choose from and friendly staff. They are always on the move and keeps the place moving.

This is a 5-​star relative to other Cici’s and all-​you-​can-​eat pizza places. The pizza is Cici’s — meaning you eat it for warm, comforting, quantity food. It tastes great, but will not win any Michelin stars. That’s as it should be
The salad bar is large and quality — no squishy grape tomatoes, good lettuce and cucumbers.
Special orders from the pizza bar are quick and well-​received.
Most important for me is that when we take our (well-​behaved) youth group there, they feel comfortable and well-​fed. The management takes good care of us and our 30-​ish charges and we come back at least twice a year. The kids see it as a highlight, and the adults are also happy.

This Cici’s is a corporate store, and one of the best ones in the chain. Their salad bar is much bigger than most, and the staff is very friendly. One time they slipped up, but then more than made up for it the next time in. It’s not gourmet pizza, but it’s always hot, they’ll make you whatever pizza you want for the buffet, and the desserts are crazy sweet.

It is cici’s, so you know that. But this one shines with their service. I get a special, and it is always perfect.

Always dirty tables and nowhere to sit. Pass on this location and find another. It’s not worth the frustration..

This place was a nightmare. When I arrived, they had a very small selection of pizza available, and what little they did have was stale, old, and greasy. After about 8 minutes they brought out fresh selections of pizza. I placed an order for a personal pizza to be brought to my table. After I had placed the order I had went and grabbed 5 slices of fresh pizza and eight cinnamon rolls. After I ate all of that, I noticed that the pizza had still not arrived at my table after waiting a total of 10 minutes. I went up to the one of the staff members to see what was going wrong. I was told by some guy dressed in all black telling me that the pizza order was cancelled because I had gotten too much pizza… at an «ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET» while the issue was corrected, it took me going up there twice, once to remind them about the pizza, and a second time to have them correct the pizza. Every table that was free, and there were many, was dirty. There was a LOT of trash on the floor as well. I will not be returning here.

Not many clean tables. Plates piled high on most tables. All the pizza on the buffet was old and stale when we arrived.
Apparently there is a limit to the amount of all you can eat buffet pizza you can get and then they cancel any pizza orders you made and don’t bother to let you know that you’re waiting on nothing.
My friend ordered a pizza for me while grabbing stuff off the buffet and then we waited and waited. Friend went up and asked where the order was and was informed by the manager that since they got so much pizza off the buffet that they figured that the order wasn’t needed anymore. Friend informed the manager that the order was for someone else and that the pizza was still being waited for. I’ve never seen such small pizzas brought to tables at any cicis. They are child pizzas. I asked for a second one since it was so tiny. Second pizza came and reeked of rancid grease and had nasty cheese on it. Sent that back and the next one is good. The time spent here trying to find a table and to correct mistakes is rediculous.
(edit) The last pizza only had two good slices. The rest was as nasty as the other nasty ones.

Place is okay. Lot of dirty dishes still left on tables. Friendly staff though.
