I got in early this morning, was the 4th person in line. I ordered a simple parfait, which comes with granola or cookies, both add options I have received in a form of a separate bag, and a bagel with cream cheese. Add to it the clerk never asked for my name. When I received the parfait there were some black crumbs on top. I advised the person I don’t want anything on my parfait, they replaced the item with a clean parfait and dropped the granola into the bag. First of all, consider this CFA, before adding anything people need to be able to make a choice if they want to add the cookies or granola and provide a nutritional facts back of the bag. Who knows what was in the cookie crumbs, they couldn’t possible know if I was allergic to it. All added items should be separate. When I received the bagel it was already bagged. The sign says«Bagel with Cream Cheese» the clerk had to be clarified that I wanted cream cheese. When does a bagel not come with cream cheese? When it gives an option and a different price. Why would I pay full price for a bagel with no cream cheese, and why would someone ask me if I wanted cream cheese, it comes on the side, and it clearly stated that it was with cream cheese on the menu. I work in the building of the renaissance, so when I got to my desk, I opened the bag of the bagel. The bagel was warm, wet, and was showing flat grill mark, as if someone place the bagel down on a flat top grill, and the cream was shining with its absence. If you want offer a bagel, toasted do it correctly or don’t do it at all. I paid premium for this bagel, and I returned it, as is. I walked down to the CFA and I asked for the manager, a person comes up does not look like a manager, does not have a badge stating supervisor, just a regular clerk. I advised her she could take this wet bagel with no cream cheese, and I told her I would give her a review on Unilocal. Her mouth was opened, she had nothing to say, walking away I hear her yell behind me, ‘Have a nice day’. I am having a nice day, I hope her day stays nice, but after this I doubt it. Manager or not, she was a waste of breath, and should have been in the back sweeping floors, clueless how to respond to a customer. When I review an experience I am précis and to the point and I will give the entire experience from customer service to the execution of the food. I have had better experience with CFA, maybe it is because of the area I am in where it is hard to find good employees who can handle the job or it may be just the demographic of whom served me, I don’t know but it seem to be a repeat occurrence unfortunately.

I’ve been to this and other Chick-fil-As many times. This particular restaurant seems to be in a state of constant business, especially from 11 – 1:30. If you’re going to eat lunch there during the week, I would definitely recommend dining in as that is much quicker than waiting in the drive thru. While the next door Taco Bell is undeniably more delicious and greasy, Chick-fil-A remains a good choice for those who do not want to die early from cancer and heart failure.

If this is the chick Fil a that’s underground then they are quick and efficient with your order. I had just recently found out about this whole underground food court and it’s maze like tunels. I need to go explore more. Back to the topic, do you like chick Fil a?! Then just order and eat it. It is just like any other chick Fil a you will go to. Except it is missing a playground.

Lines. Lines. Lines. There’s a line to order food, there’s a line for the line; there’s a line to wait for your food. There’s a line at every hour of the day. Whether this is due to their awesome chicken sandwiches(or the inefficiency of their kitchen), this Chick-fil-a always seems to be busy. And it is one of the few restaurants in Renaissance Tower food court that stays open until 4PM. But Chick-Fil-A puts chicken on a breakfast biscuit that tastes divine, so who cares if I have to wait 5 minutes for my food?

I wish that I worked in this building. Then again, if I did, I’d probably double my weight. The Renaissance Towers boasts a large food court made up of excellent vendors(well, I wouldn’t class Taco Bell in that category), so when I was looking up places to eat lunch, I noticed the Chick-Fil-A. A friendly employee took my order, confirmed my request for very little ice in my soda visually, and got my food with great expedience. The facilities of the tower were beautiful and I was pleased to receive my delicious 8-piece chicken nuggets with waffle fries in an incredibly timely fashion during the lunch rush.
