I have been a customer of another optical shop for many years. The last time I retured and Eric wasn’t there I was surprised that the level of customer service wasn’t the same. All those years I thought it was the store that was providing the great service, but then I realized that it was Eric! I was so pleased to learn, a few weeks ago, that he had opened his own shop and that it was very close to my office. I stopped buy last week to talk to him about my new glasses and I have to say, I was not disappointed! Eric provides a level of customer service that deserves 10 stars! If you need glasses… I suggest you visit Eric at Central Expressway Optical before you make up your mind.
