NEVER VISIT AGAIN, I was in this clinic on Wednesday June 15, and the receptionist Karla (Hispanic) was very VERY rude to me, she never made eye contact with me and just slamed a clipboard an told me to fill my papers out and have a seat. Is this the way you are suppose to treat sickly patients? I decided to leave and go to the ER instead (too costly)

Had a great experience! Would definitely go back. Although the wait was long. It was well worth it. Dr. Cara was extremely nice. Her nurse was also very courteous.

I will never visit this location again! I did an online web check in BEFORE the clinic opened, which I’ve done many times before. I received a call from staff a little after the clinic opened and was told there was an 1 ½−2 hour wait & that staff would call me when it was time for us to come in. My daughter was having sever ear pain & was finally getting sleep which I didn’t mind the wait. 2 hours later, a staff member calls me & proceeds to ask me if I had an 8am appointment & I clarify to her that I did a web check in & was told to that wait until they were ready for us. She stated that we should’ve been at the clinic waiting and not at home. I then told her that I was doing what was told by staff & which I’ve done before, wait at home until they’re ready for us. With an attitude, she then asked me «so do you still want to be seen?!» I tell her well yes, my daughter is in pain & I’ve been waiting for your call. I was livid so I called back to complain and as I’m speaking to staff, she’s apologizing for the nurses actions and said that she’d talk to her about hurting my feelings. Ummm what!!! Hurting my feelings? That’s not why I’m calling! Their staff needs to attend some customer service training ASAP!

Some of the nurses over the phone are rude when they speak to you. The lady called and I told her the person who was appointed for had already left and was. The lady was giving me a little bit of an attitude telling me «well we haven’t called yet» and some other words basically telling me that the person shouldn’t have left to go there yet. She equated for the persons number I gave it to her and she said something far away from the phone and just hung up on me. How she spoke to me over the phone was extremely rude.

So, the point of having a PPO is no matter where you are in state out of state in network out of network you can see a doctor no matter where you are. Why, this office has no clue about PPO and states they do not take BCBS PPO my plan. I said ma’am if you are not contracted that makes you out of network therefore I possible pay a little more out of pocket. She just keep saying they don’t take the plan. Call insurance company they tell this idiot the same thing that it would be out of network benefits and she still insisted on not accepting. And that’s why I’m certain so many people especially in this area do not get insurance because of idiots like this not knowing how insurance works and businesses like this move into areas were people have limited choices, therefore they are stuck paying $ 130 or more for medical care. Do not come to this office with or without insurance they want your cash money not an insurance policy. I worked in medical insurance for 12 years and I will not be taking advantage by incompetent people.

I was treated with respect and seen in a timely manner. Great experience. I plan to go back in the future if I need to.

Waited over three hours to pee in a cup. The lab tech was extremely unprofessional and did not care that we waited so long. Over ten people who came in after us were seen and left. Manager was not in and no one beyond front staff available to help. Was told three times we were next and still were not called. Horrendous experience. Go to an ER instead, surgery is faster.

This place sucks. The receptionist was rude and barely acknowledged me when I came in. Not to mention there is no point in having a scheduled appointment since they’ll get to you whenever they get to you. Horrible experience!
