I made two visits to Capel Rugs last week. Once alone and then with my husband to return the rugs I picked out. (Unfortunately didn’t match my décor) Both trips were very pleasant. I LOVE the fact that they give you one week to «try» before charging your card. Awesome service. Then when we returned, no questions asked and so nice. Lots of selection from huge to tiny, fancy to every day. Prices to suit anyone! Great sale when we went too! Great store! Highly recommend.

Rude snobs! Went in looking for an outdoor rug. A saleswoman pointed to an area of the store and told me they were «overe there» and she would send someone over to help me. After asking for clarification twice, I walked across the store and think I located what I was loking for. I went through the hanging rugs twice yet no one appeared for assistance. After 10 minutes I walked out, past 3 salespeople yet no one spoke one word to me. Their loss. I would have bought several rugs but now will steer clear and tell my friends to do the same. Stuck up snobs.

A huge selection of rugs from ultra high end one of a kind to machine made that look high end. Prices to fit all shoppers. This visit, I made my second purchase. I purchased an area rug for the living room about a year ago (on clearance) and this visit, bought an area rug for the bedroom (½ price).
The service was awesome on both visits. They will be as hands on or off as you like. This time when I went in I said I was going to look a bit before I got help so they gave me a set of clothes pins to mark the rugs I liked but then I asked for help a few minutes later and they led me in the right direction. The woman who helped me is a designer so she was able to give her creative expertise to my project and on both occasions, they told me how to care for the rugs.
The purchase process is super simple and the prices are right for my budget.
