What do you do when you realize that your focus and the mid-day work load are diverging and your co-workers are making the same talk about too many hours being wasted on conference calls/meetings; you sneak your way-out and get a Boba tea. Not only it is refreshing, it helps to make the mundane mid-day office hours bearable. Now, jokes aside, this is a cute place inside Komart. It serves refreshing mixture of hot and cold coffees/teas, boba tea and apparently some very popular shaved ice topped with fruits and whatnot. Its wall is eye-catching parrot green, fenced seating is nice and service is courteous. It have a causal offering of bakery items but worry not, there is an aptly placed Mozart bakery shop too inside the Komart. I tried the Kiwi Boba. It tasted OK, and strangely some of tapioca balls didn’t fit in the straw. It was not the best flavor to my liking, so will try some other flavors next time. It is a nice option to pick up a drink while you are in the complex or before grocery shopping or after some inexpensive meal in one of the food stalls over there.

Had a hard time finding this place, it’s inside the Korean market in the shopping center the directions lead you to so make sure you don’t get discouraged because you can’t see it from outside. I purchased a mango shake with boba and mixed fruit shaved snow and .goshhhh. It was amaaaazing. The texture of the snow was so light and fluffy and it didn’t all just melt instantly like I was expecting it help it’s integrity throughout the entire eating experience. The ratio of fruit to snow and condensed milk was perfect, couldn’t have been better! The boba was impeccable which I find very difficult to get, perfect amount of sweetness and chewiness. This place isn’t well known I don’t think but it definitely should be if not for their delicious snow then for their grasp on cooking boba. Sensational!

If you have ever eaten snow with milk and cinnamon then this place will bring back all of those memories. The ice actually looks like sprinkled coconut and it really doesn’t melt which presents an interesting texture. We ordered the fruit snow with fresh blueberries strawberries honeydew melon sliced almonds and it seemed like a bit of milk at the bottom. We loved it so much that if we had room we would’ve ordered another one. They also serve this cool looking almond bread I will try that next time. What a cool place in the entrance of Komart. I will be here at least once a month. I love this place.
