Bigfoot Reflexology & Massage

I’m always looking for a good massage place that is reasonably priced.
Got a coupon in the mail for their «Grand Opening» in North Dallas.
Tried to find a menu of services and prices on their website, but I couldn’t find a website address listed on their coupon, nor through Google Search, nor Unilocal.
They do have a Facebook page that I found, but it’s not updated, and there’s no menu of services.
So I tried calling their Grapevine location number that’s been open a while, and I got a voicemail. I called back a few minutes later, and a guy answered and told me their company hadn’t put up a website.
I was looking at their Facebook page and asked whether there was a menu of services and prices on the Facebook page I could look at. He said «Yes,» but he couldn’t navigate me to it, and I couldn’t find one.
So I called the North Dallas location number printed in big numbers on the coupon to see whether someone there could help me out, and the same guy answered! I asked for a number to the North Dallas store, and he said there was none, that they didn’t answer their own phone, that all calls came to his cellphone!
Then he hung up on me.
If this is their «customer service,» and I haven’t even walked in the door, forget it. My «little feet «(size 6) are walking away from «Bigfoot,» who put their big foot in their mouth, as far as I’m concerned!

Very nice place with very friendly staff. My therapist is Mary, she did a great job working on my shoulder and lower back. I paid $ 35 for a 70 min and this is a great deal. I will definitely go back and being a regular.

They do a really great thorough massage here and I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be a normal customer here! Very soothing, comfortable, and quiet place.

Been here twice. First time was good-​second time mediocre.

Well besides, the guy burping in my ear 3 times and cutting my neck with his finger nails. The foot message was good. They had relaxing music however in the break room they where playing techno.

This is your typical reflexology foot massage. Starts with a foot bath/​soak while they work on your head, neck/​shoulders and arms. After the foot bath, they massage your legs/​feet and ask you to turn over to work on your back.
I chose the $ 45 option (30 mins foot & 3 mins back) as opposed to the standard $ 35 because it included the 30 mins for your back.
Overall the massage was great and the place is clean because its new. Some of the things I really like about this place is that they have private rooms for each person unlike other reflexology places and that they use a hot towel to wipe off the excess oil so you don’t leave feeling greasy.
Its a great values because you pay for a foot massage but end up getting a full body massage!
