This branch sucks!!! There is always something going wrong here! Long lines or mistakes. First issue was a currency conversion. They made a mistake in there calculation and put a hold on my account for over a month, than told me to call customer service who in turn told me the branch had to fix the error. All while I was sitting outside of the branch which closed on me. Come back the next day the doors are locked. Geez the manager is awesome but some of the other issues need fixing

Came through drive through commercial lane at 355 pm. Sent deposits in. At 412 they sent deposits back saying one was not clipped in with a deposit slip and didn’t know which slip it belonged to. Wanted to sent deposits back and have us come back tomorrow. We within 1 minute discovered what check slipped out of the paper clip as each deposit clip clearly states how many checks are in each batch. It was apparent it didn’t come unattached ever and that because they close at 4 they didn’t mess with it. She made sure to let us know they close at 4. I explained we arrived at 355 and she proceeded to tell me they close at 355. Well lady, each day I come here it takes 30 minutes to sit through the drive through. If this ban ran efficiently in the first place you wouldn’t have to make up your own business hours for your drive through banking that conflict with what your posted hours say. Thanks for being the slowest Bank of America ever. And thanks for wanting to close early when you want to. That’s awesome. We can bank elsewhere.

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever seen. Every time I go through the drive through OR go inside they are disorganized and you always have to wait.

Friendly staff. Just not enough of them… ever. BOA needs to stop pushing the online thing and work on staffing.

This is the worst BOA I’ve been to. One teller responsible for the drive up customers as well as lobby. Finally after 20 minutes 2 other completely incompetent and useless employees emerged. Line 20 people deep waiting in lobby. What the hell is going on with BOA in Texas?! The branches are consistently a hot mess. When I asked the banker if they were always this under staffed she snapped back they were not understaffed and that they offer many ways to do your banking(online, mobile) but people still come in to cash checks. Like it was our fault for creating the delay and making the place busy. Wow.

Three workers standing in the lobby telling me I can receive help immediately. So I decide to wait to speak with a business banker regarding my account assessing fees monthly. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes now. They keep walking around me, but not doing anything. What the heck? Why is everyone sanding around?

I tried to wire money from my BofA account to another bank. I spent a lot of time waiting and finally got to talk to someone. After about an hour total, I got a promise that if I come back another day, then the bank might be able to manage this simple task. The assistant branch manager said the problem was with the bank’s poor record keeping, so it was not this particular branch’s fault. Yeah, yeah. It was still a huge waste of time to visit this branch.

When you’re dealing with money, and you don’t have much of it, I’m not sure how pleasurable your banking experience can be. My personal banker, who was great, left the back a few months back. Since then I try not to make it a habit of going in. I’ve had some really bad run ins with the management there, and unless I must speak with someone I simply try and do everything at the window.
