North beach sandwich was excellent. Service was fast and kind. Clean restaurant. Easy to order and many items looked good on the menu. The potato soup was just okay.

Its a great place. Right next to my office building so I go there for convenience a lot. A lot of the employees call me by name. They are always spot on with quality and consistency. I have NEVER seen it dirty. Like never ever.

I just got a café sized Cesar salad from this location and as I’m eating it I find a small dead cockroach in it. Needless to say I will not be eating here ever again.

This is my favorite sandwich shop for one reason only… the Southbeach! Mainly due to the«chipotle» mayo. It’s actually not spicy at all, in fact, it’s sweet and oh so addicting.

Come here a lot for lunch the only thing I like here is the salads so this has become my go-to place when I’m looking for a healthy lunch. The Scottsdale is my favorite. The café sized(«small») portion has always been plenty big for me. Not a fan of their sandwiches which are about 90% bread(and its not even good bread). If you are looking for a good sandwich, Jersey Mikes is right next door. An don’t even bother with the pizza which pretty much tastes like Digiorno.

I have been here many times. It has always been great. We decided to get lunch catered at my work. It was very disappointing. Each box was to have a sandwich, pickle cookie and chips. If my guests had what I had I would be embarrassed and appalled. I had no cookie and the sheer amount of hard/in edible grizzle/fat that was in my sandwich was unacceptable. Although I would likely eat here for lunch(I can walk it back up to the counter) catering will not be a mistake we make again.

I’m not sure if I should even give this location a «one» star. It’s that bad. I was first introduced to this chain when I lived in Uptown. I went to the one there a lot and loved it! So when I moved further north and started to go to the location off Spring Valley /North Dallas Tollway I was surprisingly disappointed! Sad and Frustrated was all I ever received from here. Most of my orders are to go. I love grabbing lunch to go. Every order I’ve made since going to this location has been either wrong or things missing. Every time I ordered a salad, the dressing would be missing. I absolutely LOVE their BBQ Ranch dressing. Eating a salad without dressing is not my cup of tea. I would always have to return or bum dressing off someone. Sometimes my order would be completely wrong. Not only did I NOT receive dressing, but the salad wouldn’t be the one I ordered. Or the sandwich was not correct. I refuse to go to this location ever again. It’s amazing the level of incompetency that works there.

This location opened up recently, and it’s pretty big! There’s a patio, and the inside is huge! I love that their menus online offer nutritional values for everything on their menu. I ordered the Chicago chopped salad, and it was really good. The chicken was seasoned perfect, and the salad was good! If you are in the mood for sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, soups, pizzas or salads, they offer all of it here. Service is quick too!

As luck would have it Bakers Bros. opened a new location near my office. I have been here twice to feed my addiction to the Santa Fe salad and also the Kentucky Club with a cup of their famous Beer-Cheese soup. Great staff, excellent service and fantastic food.

Decent food, nothing special… Friendly people that work there. I guess I am too stuck on NYC deli’s… At least there you get huge portions of meat on your sandwhich!

Thought I would give this a try even though my go to place is Jersey Mikes next door. About the only memorable thing were the incredibly bright hanging lights over the booths in the middle of the seating area. I mean it was painful, even if you sat against the wall 30 feet away. How do they NOTKNOW this is crazy uncomfortable. Finally upon departing I suggested to the manager(?) they might think about dimming the lights…“Really?” she said, «I don’t know where that is». So I left scratching my head. Was in the neighborhood last night and drove by to check it out… Lights hurt my eyes… from the parking lot !!! Couldn’t tell you what the food was like… Somebody needs to find the dimmer.

I was not familiar with Bakers Bros. before they opened by my office. their sandwiches are different than the ‘run of the mill’ deli sandwich:) As funny as this may sound, my favorite part is the TEA. They have fresh spearmint leaves that you can add to your tea, along with lime and such… Yum! I like little details that are different. They open at 7am and serve breakfast: I will say I haven’t had their ‘hot’ breakfast(only oatmeal, and it was instant. not great). I will stick to the lunch fare. If you are in North Dallas, they are on the Tollway/Spring Valley Road, right behind Robbins Brothers. their customer service is excellent as well!
