I got my engagement and wedding rings re-​sized here. Cindy took great care of me and the job was done in 1 day time! The jeweler was able to come out and correctly re-​size my ring for me. Everyone was so professional and nice. I really enjoyed working with Bachendorf’s and we plan to come back for our next jewelry purchase!

I have been meaning to write a review for some time now because I love this company, their inventory, and the people who work there! I have had three POSITIVE experiences here: 1) They credited my purchase when they didn’t have to: I purchased my husbands ring from here, and later that day I received a phone call saying they overcharged me bc the price of gold was lower and credited my account– talk about honesty! 2) The manager was a pleasure to work with with when buying my diamond stone from my previous marriage. He gave me a very fair quote. 3) Earlier this week (mind you this is Christmas season) one of my engagement stones fell out of my ring, my ring is an heirloom piece, I was devastated but also frantic because our wedding is this December 27^th. The repair person was not only able to replace the missing stone in time, but he also tightened several loose prongs (the ring has 26 stones) and he replaced a second chipped stone for me– all in time for the wedding. Service like this just can’t be found elsewhere. I will only buy from Bachendorf’s for my family and friends!

I got engaged on Thanksgiving, and my ring was several sizes too big, and this location had a jeweler on staff the Saturday after the holiday. Although I arrived close to the end of the jeweler’s shift the staff member who helped me (Rick) assured me I would get my ring back that day and it was ready in about an hour. Everyone in the store was amazingly friendly and made me feel so special. I went back on another occasion because I still felt the ring was too large, and Rick recognized me right away and again resized the ring with very little wait time and even had my ring cleaned. If I am ever in the market for fine jewelry I will definitely be going to Bachendorf’s!

The fiancé and I were initially a bit weary about going to Bachendorf’s because it’s in a really nice area, and we figured they would just stare at us when we walked in thinking we would just be wasting their time. What we got was the complete opposite. Right when we stepped through those doors, Rick immediately greeted us with a friendly smile. Asked us if we were looking for something in particular and was very helpful. He was very friendly, laid back and not pushy at all. He found out I was purchasing the fiancé’s wedding gift, and he had our purchase gift wrapped so nicely. He even offered to clean my engagement ring. As we left, they also gave us a bottle of white wine and congratulated us on our upcoming wedding.
I can’t tell you how special they made us feel. They were so sweet. Their service really was spectacular.

I’ve used them for everything from large purchases to smaller birthday gifts and can always find what I need. I don’t visit any other stores when shopping for jewelry or watches because I know I can depend on Bachendorf’s to make me really happy and take care of the purchase long after the sale which is really important when it comes to big ticket items.

If you want to be impressed with a great collection of watches and jewelery, Bachendorf’s is a place to check out. My husband, being a watch collector, was in heaven. They had pieces that he didn’t think he’d ever see in person. They sales people were not pushy and they were very knowledgeable. I know that our biggest pet peeve is when we know so much more about a product than the sale person. Not the case here. If your knowledge of fine watches extends past Rolex, this is the place to visit.
