ArmourGuard Storm Shelters & Safe Rooms

If you are in the market for a storm shelter look no further. I contacted ArmourGuard Storm Shelters & Safe Rooms after I got the FEMA grant approval from the county. John Allen came out to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. I looked at both an underground shelter and above ground safe room. I went with the above ground safe room. After paying half of the cost John went to work. He had the shelter custom built and pulled the permits from the City of Garland.
A month later the install team came to my house. They were not only on time but 45 minutes early. They unloaded the shelter from the truck and went to work installing it. I watched them and they were very friendly and professional. After the install was complete they cleaned up the work area before leaving and make sure everything was put back.
The next day the City of Garland building inspector came and passed the shelter with flying colors. ArmourGuard is not the cheapest or the most expressive on the market. All of their shelters have been tested by Texas Tech and passed with flying colors. If I ever move and need another shelter then I am going to be calling ArmourGuard back. They were professional in the sales pitch and in the install.
