Alpha Moving And Storage

Alpha moving was exceptional!!! They moved and wrapped everything in a timely manner, & had great prices. I will def use them for my next move!

I don’t know what happened to my last review… Tal A. (it said I had a comment from you, but could not find it-​please repost!).
Anyways, this was my last review:
«I noticed the other review is quite old, but thought I should mention my experience in August of 2011. I have actually hired Alpha to move me again next month, but back to my previous experience. Moving from Austin to Dallas, movers showed up in the late morning, two movers were fast and friendly packing things into the truck. Drove to Dallas, they arrived before I did. Moved everything into my THIRD floor apartment in 108 degree heat with almost no breaks. I was very happy with the way the movers were considerate and careful with my things and had no complaints. As I said, I am moving with them again next month, but had very helpful people set up my appointment on the phone and anticipate no problems.»
As I said in my last review, used these movers again yesterday, and was again more than happy with the promptness, efficiency and friendliness of the movers. Actually had the same guys as last time, and they more than exceeded by expectations! Highly recommended!

I have moved several times, but this was my first cross country moved. I relocated from Michigan to coppell, Texas. I had a unpack truck & needed my stuff moved from that located to my apartment. I was referred to Alpha movers. I spoke to Josh who has excellent customer service skills. I have been in customer service for 13 yrs & josh was great. Since I am new to Texas I got lost trying to find the location of where the unpack company was as Alpha moving guys were understanding & patient. nthey where great. They took great care of moving my stuff to my 2^nd floor apartment. The guys were very helpful & made my first big move go a lot easier. nthanks josh for getting my stuff moved the same day I callled. The price was a few dollars less than my original quote… Alpha moving & storage is awesome!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I didn’t even use them to move because the contract/​quote they emailed me was absolutely contradictory to what was listed on their website and what was quoted to me over the phone. When I emailed and told them not to contact me because I believed they were dishonest, I received two extremely rude and harshly worded emails from one of their employees. I am livid and will absolutely contact her manager, but from the other reviews I read, I’m sure I won’t get anywhere with them. DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR A QUOTE! Rude Rude Rude

I’m a college student in Dallas, since my family doesn’t live here they hired Alpha Moving to move me from my apartment to a storage (until my other apartment is ready).
Kenneth, the sales representative has treated me very kind. He was very punctual and made sure all of my needs and concerns were taken care of. I was very pleased that the movers were BEFORE time and got finished very quickly.
I had a very bad experience with my apartment locator but Kenneth and Alpha Movers made sure I was well taken care of.
I’m very pleased with my first move and can’t wait to work with them again in my second!
