Allstate Insurance: Mark Clayton

Even though Mark is now a city councilman, his agency hasn’t missed a best. The girls are always there when I need them and very helpful. Thanks for being so awesome!

I agree with Crystal. They are unresponsive and could care less. Too many times we heard that we were «held up» in their system esp for refunds.
And God Forbid if you ask to speak to Mark Clayton. He no longer cares about you or us. When an agency loses that personal touch it’s time to move on.
Mark use to be a great agent when he was a smaller agency, but now we get ego and arrogance.
Our homeowners policy was expensive and stale. No one would take the time for a review.
We are gone. Just hope we get a refund.

This is honestly the worst agency the women working here have absolutely no idea what they are doing i had an auto policy with them which i was payimg off every 6 months or so i thought until i started receiving bills saying that my policy wasin cancelation status because my policy had increased and i was only paying off about half of the actual amount when i called to complain they said they had no idea and my payment had actually gone towards cancelation due amount and not the bill so I basically lost all my money i had paid them and only refunded $ 7! After paying them almost $ 200! I called corporate and they also said there was nothing they could do they couldn’t refund me money the «never received «from the agent! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
