Tomas Trevino (owner of Advance Fencing) is a thief… plain and simple. He was paid in advance (my mistake) for services he never completed. He stole in excess of $ 3000, coupled with a string of broken promises to finish and fix the agreed upon work. If you hire him after reading this, then doom on you!
