Access Solutions has just completed a bathroom remodel in our home. The professionalism, the creative thought process, and the knowledge of the scope of this project were absolutely beyond our expectation. Both Jeff and Caroline communicated with us the project agenda and who would be entering our home. The staff they employed were an absolute pleasure to work with. Jeff and Caroline gave an estimated cost, and it was as near «on target» as we have ever seen in a remodel situation. When «exceptions» were encountered, Jeff called and explained in detail the necessary time and expense. At the end of each work day, our home was clean and free of material clutter.

Having Access solutions and Jeff and Caroline renovating my bathroom, bedroom, living room and our kitchen was the best decision my wife and I ever made. Terribly dissatisfied with the service I received from Jeff Hazlett and his troop of amateurs. Not one thing he did for me was satisfactory: Toilet /​toilivator not anchored to the floor; grab bars badly placed and not anchored into studs, horrible color match for grout, sloppy detail work, damaged my faucets and replaced them with ill-​fitting «equivalents», etc., etc., etc.
