First of all, this store is actually in Plano… Anyway, dropped off a western art canvas transfer and Johnny helped me. He gave great advice and said he will be the one who is actually doing the work which I liked. And I received 70% off which definitely helps! Can’t wait to see the finished product!
Also, I witnessed Randall helping an older woman with her print. I was impressed by how nice and helpful he was to her, really showed a lot of kindness to her even though I think she had been there quite a while going through all of her options, changing her mind, etc. I would have appreciated that had it been my mom or grandmother.
Way to go, Aaron Brothers!

I don’t write reviews often. But the service given by Johnny was above and beyond what you’d expect.
I had a problem with a frame and called around. I spoke with a competitor first, and got less than terrible service. I then called Aaron brothers and spoke to Johnny and his helpful attitude on the phone and assistance in the store was exceptional!
I can’t believe I’m saying this about an art store (I’m not an artist), but I’m definitely coming back.
