Great drinks, appetizers and great DJ on a Saturday night. Seriously the DJ really turned this spot up playing from Louisiana to Cali music. Just was supposed to be a quick night on the town, but the nights still young! Not to mention they had my Rockets on even though we lost by one point. Always Loving the bishop arts district. #DateNight #DallasNights

Set at the bar as usual. If you know me you know I sit at the bar it’s usually better service. But this place is just OK nothing special took a while to get a drink even just to be noticed at the bar. My burger was delicious on a Chipada roll grilled onions blue cheese chopped up bacon made medium rare just as I asked. Wish I could say more the place is cute and clean. But lacking in service.

303 is the place to be on the weekend. Fun«party» atmosphere and the wait staff is almost always on point. The grub is legit! I’d recommend the Reuben or the buffalo chicken sandwich. I believe they have a deal on hotwings anytime the cowboys play. There are happy hour specials that I’m not too familiar with, but you probably won’t break the bank here anyways. Would definitely reccomend. 4*

Somewhat disappointed brought my family In town from Louisiana and drove 30 plus miles after checking the website which clearly states the restaurant close at 12 and when I get there my family and I was told the kitchen was closed because the Cowboys game was over. That was very bad business. Very disappointed and my family was shocked that a restaurant would open but not serving food. Absolutely shocked went across the street to grill 303 afterward and served promptly.

My first visit here wasn’t so great but I always like to think that it may have been an off day. I visited two more times and the service was much better. The staff has always been friendly and I love the atmosphere. Try their burgers, they’re great. Also try their fries with ranch sauce instead of ketchup. I wasn’t sure if I should’ve trusted their advice but then I took a bite and loved it.

A friend of mine recommend this place to try brunch. She was right the food here was amazing. The blueberry mini muffins were very good. Try their French toast and chicken breast. Overall good meal will be back.

Went this past Saturday with the hubby. I had Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and a side salad. It was tasty and I was pleasantly surprised! The side salad actually had veggies in it(some places just throw in lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes) and the CFS was seasoned very well. The server was super nice but a tad bit slow. If they could work on the servers being a little more prompt, it would be 4 – 5 stars! We sat on the patio and it was a chill atmosphere. I will return!

Been here a few times, the food is amazing but the service is alright. We waited 15 minutes for a server to bring us menus so that’s not great but the food is always soooo good! I had the 303 Salad today and it was unbelievably great! Decided to make it my go to!

I found out about this place through one of my friends. They have live djs on Fridays and Saturdays. Service is great and the people are nice. And they have a mixed crowd which is even better.

Disappointed. First, appetizer took more than 20 minutes, wasn’t even busy. Flies EVERYWHERE attacking my food. Ordered California wrap, chicken was dry. Service was friendly but won’t be coming back. DARN.

Very let down. I had looked at reviews before I went and found that it seemed to be a little above average rating. I was going here with family for lunch and my MIL highly recommended it. Come to find out she has only been here for brunch and hasn’t experienced the real menu. We had… Texas Cheddar Burger Blue Cheese Burger Pesto Chicken Sandwhich Seasoned Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and Bac N’ Mac. The Bac N’ Mac is the only thing I give thumbs up to. Overall just AVERAGE!

I generally like to try a place 2 or 3 times before reviewing, but I don’t intend to go back here. I love the BA district and frequent it at least once a week or more. I also love patronizing locally owned businesses whenever possible. Still, this place just wasn’t my thing. I stopped in on a random Thursday evening, maybe 8PMish. It looked packed from the door, but there were tables available, it’s just a cozy, small space I think. The décor is wonderful and just the right amount of modern mixed with exposed brick and wood. It was LOOUUUD. I could not carry on a conversation with my dinner partner without literally shouting(and I mean literally, not figuratively). It was awful, because we really wanted to talk. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. Just… meh. Drinks were weak, and the cost was way too high for them. Our server was friendly enough, but slow. One employee(not sure if server or a bus-person) dropped a full cup of soda, and it splashed all over the floor, including getting my foot soaked. The person did not apologize or say anything. They went to get a mop to clean up and never asked any of the adjacent people if they were OK or if they needed a towel. Just not great service. My first impression was«meh», as there are a lot better places to eat in BAD.

Started out with Strawberry Margarita. Strawberry Mojito was also great and refreshing. Ordered Caesar wrap with Bacon Mac and Cheese side. Side is small but so good, must order the Mac and cheese! Friends ordered Chicken Club and Chipotle Wrap(too spicy).

I can’t believe I have yet to review this place. I go here often if I’m in the area and have the time for a quick lunch between work assignments. I have only been here for lunch. They have lunch specials for like $ 8.50, I believe. They have several options and I must say I love that you have many options for your side from regular to sweet potato french fries to Mac and cheese to salad and more. Often times, restaurants up charge for a different side, 303 does not and gives you options. Love that! I have established my usual and that’s the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich. The description reads Basil Pesto-Provolone Cheese-Applewood Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato-Ciabatta. I love this sandwich. I had it last Monday and I don’t know what happened but it tasted even more flavorful. Cheers to the cook! I generally get the side salad which is a really nice, fresh looking(non Iceberg!) salad. Not crazy about their fries. Service can sometimes be the thing that holds them back. It can be slow. Or it can be bare minimum like where’s my waitress, I needed water like 10 minutes ago. But I must say our last waitress was better. So maybe that’s improving too a la management. Love that they have a private parking lot as parking can be really difficult in the Bishop Arts District. And the bathroom is a single stall room but it’s always clean and it’s nicely done design wise. Highly recommended for lunch. I should probably try more things but you know me, why mess with a good thing. The usual for me please!

This local Oak Cliff bar is serving up a dozen and a half sandwiches, wraps, and hamburgers from 12 – 4 pm lunch, Monday through Friday. Service is friendly, but food can take a bit longer than expected to arrive.

While visiting family in Dallas my sisters insisted we go to brunch at a trendy spot named«Odd Fellows» in the Bishop Arts District. Upon arriving we were greeted with the grim news that there would be an hour and a half wait. Defeated, we decided to settle on lunch and walked across the street to a spot named«303 Grill». Much to our delight we found that it sold brunch! The brunch menu had a large assortment of of items, and the ones we selected were delicious! I highly recommend«303 Grill» for bunch!

Finally getting to explore more of the Bishop Arts district, my partner and I decided to stop in for some brunch. Walking in for Sunday brunch, it was pretty packed, but what place isn’t during Sunday brunch? Even though it was a full house, we got seated fairly quickly, and our waitress brought out our drink orders. I decided to get chicken and waffles as I believe this is my staple brunch go to and I usually order it at restaurants that offer it for brunch. My partner ordered some pancakes with a side of eggs. It did take a while to get our food, but I wasn’t too bothered as there was quite a bit of people, but when our food finally arrived it looked amazing. My waffles were perfectly cooked, with such a perfect texture. The chicken was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy and not dry. My partners pancakes were huge! They were so delicious as my partner couldn’t finish it so I had a good amount. All in all, good food and very friendly staff. I’m sure I’ll return after I try out some other places.

If I had to sum up 303 Grill, it’s basically a chill brunch-lunch joint, perfect for a cool Fall day in the O.C. It’s on the quieter side of Bishop Arts with a laid back staff and a diverse menu. I’ve in for both early brunch and a super late lunch. The place is fairly busy on Saturdays but I am imagine the Sunday brunch is a bit more slammed. On the first visit, we had a super late lunch with friends. We were running late(which drove me nuts since I HATE being late) due to a delay getting my car serviced. We missed the brunch menu so we had the lunch menus available. I decided to go totally unhealthy and have the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger which is an already gluttonous bacon cheeseburger topped with Mac & Cheese. Awesome! Loved the burger. The sweet potato fries were a hit as well. On the second visit, it was closer to breakfast hours for me so I gravitated to the Chicken & Waffles. They were pretty good but a little boring. I preferred my first meal there better. Service was great the first time and very attentive. It wasn’t bad the second time but just on the slow side. It took a while for us to tab out. Overall, the place is very laid back with good food and friendly service. Oh and I almost forgot, the french vanilla flavored coffee is great as well. Perfect for a chilly morning!

I’d been dreading this place because of the reviews… then there just wasn’t anything else open. So… I thought OK, I’ll try it. I was sorry I did… Burger wasn’t good, fries were limp and greasy(I couldn’t even eat them). A glass of wine… should have been good and really wasn’t. Service wasn’t stellar at all, waitress wasn’t very friendly. I don’t even have much to say except that the place was soulless… the food, the décor, the staff… everyone seemed like a zombie. The food was completely either bad or non-descriptive… it wasn’t so bad as to make my «get your hate on» list… but it isn’t a place I’d go again, even if everything else was closed.
