Overpriced for what you get at lunch. The Pad Thai and curry were good, everything else on the bar looked and tasted like yesterday’s reheated Chinese. Very limited options. Ordered a Coke, came in a can and charged $ 1.50. Seriously? But that seems to be a norm in this area. Also not sure what the price really was for buffet. Ticket looked like $ 8 something but with Coke and tax ended up $ 11.66. For the quality i would have been happy paying about $ 7-$ 8 out the door. Definitely wouldn’t go back for lunch.

Best Thai food you’re gonna find in Daleville. They’ve also had mango sticky rice lately which is a nice treat after Thai fried rice with chicken. Be warned that their spicy scale of mild medium and hot is slightly skewed. I’m normally a solid medium but mild has been spicy enough for me at this place.

We ate here the second night of being at Fort Rucker and were super surprised at the quality and flavor of the food. We love Thai food and have had it everywhere, and this place stands up with the best of them. Their Phad Thai is great and so is their fried rice. Be aware, they do spicy legit so if you don’t, make sure to say«no spice» when they ask for the level. Mild has a nice kick to it if you like spicy. Will be eating here a lot.

Excellent food and service! We went for dinner and both meals were delicious! We want to go during lunch, which runs for about $ 8 and allows you to try a large variety of their food.

Well, showed up at 5:30 to eat. There was an open sign but the sign on the door said they would open at 6:00. When we called at 6:00, they said the chef wasn’t there. So, we left. Very disappointed. They didn’t seem to care.

This place is actually good. After visiting Toi’sTouch of Thai(which was about as Thai as a cup of Ramen Noodles — read my review of that place) it was perfect. The buffet is cheap and the food is good. They switch up their menu occasionally on buffet so that’s great. The menu food is even better. Their chef knows real Thai food and it is obvious they take pride in their product. I’ve eaten here four times in a row and aside from two other restaurants its one of the only choices to eat things that aren’t fried, fatty, grease-infused, z-monster inducing crap food that seem popular among those who apparently have never left Daleville or Dothan.

Don’t let the outer appearance and location fool you, Thai Siam is a local favorite for a piping hot plate of pad Thai.(Along with many others!) Courteous staff and a pleasant atmosphere await you inside. I recommend you always order from the menu to get the best experience, even though they do have a lunch buffet during the week. Pad Thai, Pad Se-Ew, and Pad Kee Mow(drunken noodle) are among my favorites. Don’t let that keep your from making your way around the menu visit by visit. Spice levels range from low to Thai hot. Get brave!

Very good food. Worth your time. Large parking area in strip mall. Great for RV travelers.

Outstanding! This place is a diamond in the rough that is Daleville. The pad ki Mao is great. If you’re not sure what to get just ask the owner. The tofu spicy soup is soooooooooo good! Seriously I wish this place was back in the town I am stationed at and not the horrible town of Daleville. Can you tell I don’t like Daleville? I hold my breath till I get inside of this super establishment.

Theb only negative I can think of about Thai Siam is that once you’ve tried their drunken noodle(medium spice is pretty warm), you’ll have moments where it seems like no other food is acceptable in life… I LOVE this place. The pad thai is a little sweet for my tastes though. Their lunch buffet is decent, but drunken noodle with some thai iced tea is the way to go!

One of my friends recommended Siam to me when we were talking about curry. Curry was awesome! If you don’t like spicy food– when they ask you what heat level, say mild mild mild. Yes, make it known. I ordered mild/medium and it had a good kick. P. S. If you want a phở style noodle soup, it not on the menu and you can order it, just ask.

If I could give this place 5 for just food then so be it however I’m giving them a 2 because the owner was very rude. Seems like he had a bad day but that was no excuse for how aggravated he got when I told him I wanted to pay half of my meal with cash and the rest with my debit card. It is pretty pricey to me I mean $ 15.00 for a shrimp fried rice«get outta here!» … But I must admit it was good.

We’ve been meaning to go to this place for about three years and just made our first trip about a month ago. We waited too long! The portions are huge and the food was so good. We got pad thai with tofu and duck parang curry. The curry came in a massive fish shaped bowl and was filled to the brim with duck and veggies. We had leftovers for days. Also, the service is sweet. Really helpful and aware.

My friend married one of the waitresses a few years ago, so either the food was superb or the service. or maybe both. I like Thai Siam, it’s in the back of Daleville aka danger neighborhood. When you first pull into the place, initial thoughts are: When do I get shanked and do they serve Diet Coke? If you make it past the parking lot, the service is friendly and yes they serve Coke. The food is delicious. I’m not a super spicy fanatic, but a little heat is good. This place can make you go blind if you want. Usually my friends are sweating by the first couple bites. Peanut pad thai is DERICIOUS! The atmosphere is chill and quiet. Lunch can get busy. Nothing like paying for your bill and seeing your picture on the wall. Aint no school like the old school.

I love this place. Was the first place I was looking forward to when I came back to the area. This place is off the beaten path and please spread the word because by far it is the best Thai place around. Only negative is the food is a little pricey. I think this is because the have little business. So please spread the word.

Went here for lunch and had L9 — the Amazing with shrimp. I had my choice of other meats, but picked the shrimp. Anyways…it was true to its name. It was amazing and extremely delicious. Peanut sauce drizzled over mixed vegetables and shrimp and a really nice serving of white rice. Definatley will be going back to try other dishes

Under new management. I used to love this place but now the food is so disappointing. They’ve cut corners and made the portions smaller. They don’t even taste like the same recipes anymore.

Under new ownership, portions are smaller and price is the same. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was the size of what a normal half portion used to be. Also rather than soup, salad, and a wonton before you get your main meal, you now have to pick whether you want soup or salad. Prices haven’t changed even though the portion size has.

This is a great place for lunch located right outside of Ft Ruckers’s gate. We came in late for lunch so there was no crowd at all. The server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Red Curry. The only downside was that I asked for it hot, and it came out pretty mild. If you are looking for good food, fast. stop on by Thai Siam. No, I don’t work here.
