Steve is great. For him and pick up reliability, I give them 4 ½ stars. For Carol and her customer service and accounting ability, I give a negative 2. I cancelled service because of her. I paid every month on time, but their quick books couldn’t record it correctly. Rather than checking the books, Carol sent us past due notices on a regular basis. You’d think after multiple calls and corrections, she’d remember us. Then she called to threaten to not pick up because of our«nonpayment.» She is cold and unapologetic. I felt more like a chastised pupil than a valued customer. I probably could have even dealt with the quarterly calls to rectify the incorrect billing is she were pleasant.
