I lived off of Riverside Parkway for over 20 years. I’ve been eating at the original location since day one. I’d consider myself a huge fan of riverside pizza. I moved to Dacula a few months ago and I’ve tried this location 4 times previously. Every single time it has been utterly disgusting. I stopped going and started going to the local Marcos instead. I can’t even understand why this location sucks so bad. I’ve tried riverside pizza from multiple locations over the years and I’ve always thought it was perfectly fine. So tonight we decided to give them one final shot and I was not surprised at all to find out it was disgusting again. It was so bad we threw it away after a couple bites. Worst customer service over the phone ever. I literally live 2 miles away and the guy on the phone(without asking me my address) told me I was outside the delivery area. When I asked how far they deliver, he said«You can pick it up.» When I inquired again how far they delivered(my car is in the shop), he said«Oh okay, you don’t want it. Goodbye.» Then he hung up. Calling back to speak to manager. Will update my fellow Unilocalers…

The pizza here is average at best. It is very similar to Little Caesars for those who haven’t tried it. It’s good when you don’t want to cook and are want a relatively cheap pizza delivered. The breadsticks are good but inconsistent. Sometimes they are soft and buttery deliciousness other times they are hard as a brick.

We needed pizza at the very last minute for a kids birthday party. Little Caesars said no so we called riverside. The person who answered the phone took care of us immediately and graciously. We had seven pizzas in 15 minutes. Thank you!

Manager would not honor coupon because of a technical issue. Not good way to bring back repeat business

Pizza was ok. What I didn’t like was the false advertising on the website. We get Gluten Free. The site said the Premium GF pizza was $ 9.99. I was charged 10.50. The site also said extra toppings were a reasonable 1.00. I was charged 1.50, same price as a large. If stores can make up their own prices. Why is there a price list on the online menu. We will order the basic 1 topping GF for 6.99, but nothing more.

Service was good. Food was terrible! I wouldn’t waste my money. Not employees fault. Just bad food.

I have not made it to this location since I moved from Dacula about 10 months ago. However, I hit this place several times within the first couple of months it was open. Basically, they have directly modeled their business after Little Caesar’s. Same concept with the hot and ready idea where you do not have to call ahead if you are ordering cheese or pepperoni pizzas. However, it is so worth the extra $ 1 compared to Little Caesars($ 6 pies at Riverside, $ 5 at LC). Also, they have bread sticks for .99 which is about 1⁄3 the price of LC’s. All in all, it is a no brainer. If you are near a Riverside location and you have been a fan of LC’s in the past, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ 1 for the quality of Riverside. This location is conveniently located in the Kroger anchored shopping center and also has a drive thru, which is nice.

I usually go here when I am craving some good American food at a super low price. I can get a personal pizza and some hot wings for around $ 6 and some change. Which always hits the lunch time spot. The pizza is always good, with a nice crust, and the wings are decent for the price. It also helps when the staff inside are always super friendly… Even though at times a guy will answer the phone when I am calling in a to-go order and be very quick and rude, as if I am bothering him. Thankfully they don’t have him working the front! A great spot for a college student on a budget(:

If you’re looking for a great value, I think you’ll enjoy this place. Variety of pizzas from cheese, to veggie, to meats, they also have great sandwiches, and salads. I love to create my own sandwich, which is Green peppers, banana peppers, black olives, mushrooms, pizza sauce, cheese, baked on their pizza crust, and topped with lettuce and tomatoes. YUM!!!($ 5.00) My boys love their deep dish cheese pizza, which costs a little more than the regular pizzas which are $ 6.99. My husband loves the meat one.(about $ 10.00) This is mostly a carry out or delivery spot, they do however have a couple tables outside if you want to enjoy the weather, or just passing thru the area.

Ok Riverside Pizza, you earned it!!! I’m officially a fan. I’m usually a bit of a pizza snob, but for a pie this size for under $ 11, you definitely deserve a star upgrade. The Supreme pizza you made for us today couldn’t have been any more perfectly cooked. FULL with toppings and a crispy crust(even in the center) made for some great sunday afternoon eating! We were very pleased with everything, especially the coupon for a free cheese pizza with the purchase of the supreme specialty pizza. The buffalo wings were very good and so was the service. You guys did a GREAT job today and our pizza’s were ready fast. Thank you for helping us make a lovely picnic in our back yard on this gorgeous day! Note: The coupons made it an even better value. Dacula residence, look for their fliers in the mail.

Hands down the best quick-order pizza around. They also have some of the greatest breadsticks available. Bottom-line awesome: a large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks will set you back less than $ 8. Glad to see one opened in Dacula now.
