I have been going to Jackie Yates for 10 years, and I love them. I went to Maci to get a bad haircut fixed, and she did a fantastic job — she managed to fix the issues with my hair without getting rid of additional length. She is truly a miracle worker.

My boyfriend gets his hair cut here and it always looks nice, so I decided to start seeing his stylist, Alicia. She was great! I was comfortable the whole time and I’m typically nervous getting haircuts. I could tell she was really hearing what I was saying, and made good suggestions. I am extremely happy with how my hair looks and feels now. I am so glad I have found a talented stylist! I actually rebooked before I left which I have never done before.

I came across this salon searching for a distributor of Jane Iredale cosmetics (recommended by the med spa doctor I see). I called and was excited to get an appointment for the following day with Megan (sp?) I was impressed by Megan’s professional tips and tricks, and her poise talking to a client. I knew I wanted to purchase almost all of the products she used on me… The challenging part was deciding which ones! I found myself in a hurry to get to another appointment and other staff members were happy to stop what they were doing to help me get out the door in time. Overall, my visit to Jackie Yates Salon was a great and comfortable experience with top quality products and customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I still think back on it and shudder. All of them are so rude and condescending. Jackie likes to consider himself Christian but doesn’t act like it and his perm on his head is terrible. Plus, his haircuts are very dated. I warn anyone who wants to go there for haircut, color, perm, or wanting to work there as an employee.

I have had my hair cut and highlighted by Melody for over 3 years and she has done an amazing job every time! She does beautiful color work and my highlights always look amazing (and they grow out beautifully). Her haircuts are wonderful as well– she listens to what you want and delivers every time! She is so sweet and fun to talk to also :) She also cuts my husband’s hair and she is the only person he trusts to do it! Fabulous work. She is by far the best stylist I have ever been to AND her prices are very reasonable. Just wish I lived closer!
