I was a little concerned seeing such low ratings, but upon further examination, most of these were during the period of first opening.
I had the Engineer and the NY Steamer via a web order. It was ready when I arrived and and was still hot when I got home.
Both sandwiches were exactly as ordered and were fresh and delicious. The bread was soft and fresh. Staff was friendly and everyone was moving around with a purpose. I’m coming back. I liked the food.

I like the firehouse product, bit this location (and the one by MOG) suffer from poor management and undertrained employees. Service is slooooow for no visible reason. As other reviews have mentioned; seems operated by inexperienced kids while management and owners are checked out.

Not sure why the reviews are a bit low but been here a few times and always got a smile and friendly service. Its better than Subway and the Hook and Ladder is awesome. Try the signature hot sauce too, sweet and spicy!

I like their selection of hot subs especially the cheese BBQ brisket. This location is fairly new so it’s clean and in a fairly quiet area. What’s interesting is they have a counter full of hot sauces of different flavors and levels of hotness. Will b back.

I was extremely disappointed with my encounter at this location. I called in to place a pick up order, I was told the orders were backed up and my wait was 20 minutes. Not even 15 minutes after I placed my order I got seven back to back calls from the manager, who proceeded to be rude to me, asking when I was coming to pick up my food. Totally uncalled for.
On top of that, when I picked up my order I expressed my dislike for the way I had been spoken to. The manager’s response was rude and snappy, I also didn’t care for the two employees behind the counter mocking me.
