3 stars for a clean office, restroom, and very nice staff. They even have a little fish tank in the lobby too!
I am uninsured and have been a cash paying patient for most of my life. I needed a Gen Prac. for simple «maintenance» for ONE of my two medical issues. I have had this illness for over 30 years and the norm for «maintenance» is: annual blood work and depending on the results, refills of the affordable low dosage prescription (usually a years worth) is prescribed.
Dr. Yue is a very nice man, but he requires me to see him every time I need a refill (3 – 4 times a year). This does not make sense. Especially being a cash paying customer. I have verified with my friends who have this common glandular issue and they concur. It’s one annual visit with blood work, and that is it. No need for multiple visits.
Also, Dr. Yue does not respect my request to leave my other medical issues alone. I can not afford to have him request costly lab work several times a year and I am tired of hearing about the ACAct.
With that, I do not look forward to my visits with him simply because he pushes me to sign up with free medical insurance so he can treat my other illness. He continually talks about my other illness when all I sought was help with one health issue. Hippocratic Oath, huh?
