I used them for a couple of years for my lawn service. The actual yard crew, in my opinion, did an OK job, but could edge a little better. My yard is relatively easy and small though.(I’ve since moved to a different lawn service provider, who charges only $ 20, doesn’t inundate me with billing emails and shows up on schedule without fail.) My 2-star rating is based on their office staff and billing techniques. I have been billed several times for service when no one actually showed up to mow on my scheduled day.(I have security cameras and confirmed each time I received my bill when I knew I should’ve only been charged for 1 day as opposed to 2 because the crew didn’t show up on whatever day as scheduled.) Additionally, the office staff sends via email an invoice AND a monthly statement at the end of the month, but not on the same day. This is overkill and ends up becoming a nuisance when both the invoice and billing statement includes the option to pay on both the invoice and monthly statement and contain duplicate information. It would be better suited for customers to send only the detailed billing statement at the end of the month to keep it simple.

Set up an appointment to have someone come take a look at a drainage situation in my back yard. They called an hour prior to the visit but unfortunately I did not hear my phone ring. They ended up not showing up after I took a half day off from work just to be here to explain the drainage issue and landscaping needs I wanted done. When I spoke to them on the phone, I was told the owner was going to his daughter’s volleyball game instead of coming out and handling the estimate. Would have taken 10 – 15 minutes. look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. They obviously don’t need the work.

Wish we would have checked the reviews first. Called to set up an estimate last week on Tues and checking a week later they have not come out to estimate. Failed to call to let customer know they will not be able to make it. A week is ample time and customer service is unacceptable. When spoke to them regarding the lack of communication and not coming, they claim they have over 50 yards and shrug it off and rude on the phone. No apology or compassion. Don’t promise more than you can handle!

Confirm with customer before doing more than what you quoted. I asked for 2 – 3 pallets of sod. Instead of calling me first to say my measurements were incorrect I just received an invoice once it was too late and the work was done. When I called their way of doing customer service was to offer to come out and rip the grass back up. I don’t mind paying for the work, I just don’t like having the priced changed without my consent. Makes me feel like it was a shady deal.

Two weeks ago i called to start service in my front yard only. At this point my yard hadnt been done in almost 4 weeks. My yard was worse then usually but nothing horrible. I barely have a full yard of grass lol. When i spoke to the young lady who set me up she said that following week the team would be out to do my yard on a Thursday. Great that was 8 days away. I was excited. For my front yard only i was paying $ 25 dollars coming from $ 20 but i was fine doing it for a good job. One random tuesday i came home and thought what the heck the yard was half done. There was no edging done and the weeds growing around the drive way and bushes(that the yard service usually just weeded off) were not done. The yard didn t look good at all but for surely it wasn t them. I called and sent pictures. The young lady told me she would get with them team and call me back that next morning. Next day(1 pm) no call. I call and the gentleman who answered said shes be back in a hour and him or her would call me back. Two hours later… No call. So i call back. They decided i needed a Clean up on my front yard. I was shocked. When i reviewed the video cameras the yard service guys where there unload to load less then 15 minutes! I had a car length of weeds i wanted mowed over and that s it! The gentleman was COMPLETELY rude and made it very clear he wasn t interested in me being a client. Told me he thinks i should find some else… and at no point even apologized, said i am so sorry or anything to deal with me being disappointed about my yard! this was my first time even dealing with them and it was just such a discouraging company. I then called two other lawn services. I signed up with another company for $ 20 a month who did my yard RIGHT for $ 20. It was the company under there name when i googled them.
