Excellent service! This place has come to my rescue twice now. I’m not a big tech-​head getting a new phone every month, but the patient friendly service here is a breath of fresh air. The person setting the appointments was friendly, but Byron and Green are a dynamic duo. Thank you once again.

Will never step foot in this store again. Walked in prepared to purchase phone. 8 employees in the store. Receptionist on phone doesn’t acknowledge me as I walk in. After staring at her for 30 seconds finally states someone will be with you in a minute. (Keep in mind that 8 employees were there. 8!!! And only two customers other than me. Both waiting also). After 5 minutes, 10 minutes then 15, making eye contact, asking for help one other time after the initial request, I watched as two other customers, who had walked in after me were helped. I was done. I took my money to another store and was helped immediately.
