Wish I could give this location negative stars. The past 3 times I’ve ordered, they’ve gotten my order wrong. I sent an email to their customer service department and never received a response back. What really upset me was today when I tried to order a personal pan pizza for my son who had a Book It reward. I attempted to call in my order, but was told if I was using that reward coupon I could not order over the phone and would have to come in. The coupon CLEARLY says if you don’t want to wait u can order online so why wouldn’t I be able to order over the phone? I even told the employee I was aware my son needed to come with me to pick up, but he still would not allow me to order over the phone. I had to wait 20mins with my son and my 1yr old just so my son could use his reward he received for reading. I’ve never had this happen when using these rewards at other locations. I’ll never come to this one again!

Literally the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I have ordered here twice and only twice because the first time we got really sick and wanted to see if it was in fact the pizza and guess what. We got sick again. Having a terrible stomach ache isn’t exactly a great way to end the day. If you go here, just get back in your car and leave or close out your browser because if I got sick, I’m sure there’s more people who have as well. Or just go to another location because I’ve had Pizza Hut in multiple occasions without an issue.
I will never order from here again.

I ordered a side of waffle fries with the rest of my meal. This was delivered to me instead. A few regular fries for $ 3.49? Really? Either call and apologize for not having what I ordered or refund the money. Don’t try to pass off a cheap substitution. Ridiculous.

Even though they forgot to add extra cheese on my pizza I didn’t mind because they delivered very quickly. Affordable price too

Best Pizza Hut in the area! I used to live in Cypress and this was literally next door to our house, but even when we moved to a different city… We still get our pizza cravings satisfied at this store. The pizzas are always evenly cooked to our specifications. Pizzas always ready when promised.

Honestly 3 is as high as you can get for one of these places unfortunately. I like the convenience of ordering online and then picking it up. $ 12 for a large with unlimited toppings, so it’s a great deal. Sometimes the pizza isn’t cooked all the way though so it’s a bummer about the inconsistency but nothing that is a deal breaker. Go to place for some quick pizza.

Location isn’t bad, customer service is good, as well as their management. It’s basically a to-​go spot. Really small and just a convenient Pizza Hut stop.

I gotta say, this is by far my favorite Pizza Hut location. Every time I want pizza or have one of those late night craving, I usually end up ordering from this place. Since this location is a few blocks from my high school, every time I come here to pick up my pizzas, I always see some familiar faces. Most of the time, I place my orders online, instead of by phone or in person, since they usually offer great deals online. For instance, a few days ago, my friends and I ordered two medium pizzas with unlimited toppings for the price of $ 6.99 each. Instead of getting the regular marinara sauce, you should defiantly try the BBQ sauce. So bomb.
Besides from pizzas, I often come here for the meaty pasta. I usually get the smaller size since it is enough for two people and it also come with breadsticks. Unlike other locations where there are tables, this location is smaller and there are not tables. They only have one bench, which is fine, since not a lot of people want to eat at Pizza Hut. I always get the cinnamon sticks with my orders. It is so good, but at the same time, it is really sweet. Diabetes in the making, but it is totally worth it.

This is carry out or delivery only. No tables here. I tried their new menu item garden delight and it was really good! A balsamic flavoring on the crust was a nice touch. Medium with a drink was $ 14 and change so a tad pricey IMO
Solid three stars and possible four if their wings are any good. Enjoy

Came in for a late nite snack… ordered the wings and fries, and boy was my tummy happy after consumption.

2.5 stars my ass! I picked up my large supreme pan pizza with extra mushrooms about 15 minutes ago. I have this thing where I eat a slice of pizza in the car while I’m driving because the smell is too alluring. But today, I had to pull over into the nearest gas station and ate 3 slices in 10 min. I’ve had many a pizza in my time, from papa johns to dominos to shakeys– you name it, I’ve tried it. My friends call me the pizza aficionado. Don’t let the 2.5 star rating fool you — this Pizza Hut makes some damned good pizza. The entire crust was soft with such a crispy exterior. I don’t even like crust– I usually give that to my mom, but sorry mom, none for you today. The veggies weren’t overcooked, and the cheese was just as soft, elastic, and stringy as it looks on TV. Today’s pizza is definitely one of the top 5 pizzas I’ve had in my life.

I recently moved to Cypress a month ago. This was my 1^st and last time I will ever come to this Pizza Hut. My husband called in a simple basic order a large pepperoni pizza and traditional hot wings. Once I got there I was told to wait 10mins I said okay sat down with my 4 year old nephew who was a little energetic he started to kick around receipts that were on the floor and a napkin rolled in a ball. I told him gross leave that trash alone. Then he points out a dead roach! Disgusting! When the guy comes with my order it’s a pizza I did not order. He kept insisting it was mine. I said no that’s not what we ordered. Then he said we never called. That phone number to that Pizza Hut was on my husbands call history. Then the man that did order that pizza came in and he complained about the pizza to he said He didn’t want onions. They must have a lot of complaints here so I left this nasty rude place. We ordered Dominos instead last night.

worst experience ever.
we stoppped ordering from here last year because the driver never carries change. first time, it was enough to cover tip + some change, so we thought it was okay. the second time around though, he took off on us with $ 8 for a $ 12 pizza with no apology or goodbye. UH. HELL NO. Had to hop into my car and drove to the Pizza Hut and demand my change back.
a year had passed, and my guy was really wanting the stuffed crust pizza and said he’d give it a go. we ordered the pizza at 8:45pm on a Sunday night. it did not arrive until 10:30pm. WTH? we actually had to call pizza hut and ask when our pizza was going to arrive. they assured us that it was really busy, and it would be there any minute.
You know, the story would’ve been more believable if the damn pizza wasn’t cold upon arrival. Like «had to reheat in the microwave» cold.
DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE.

I have been using Pizza Hut Cypress for at least 9 years for a function I have at my home. I order at least 12 pizzas, going in the Monday before and paying. There is a set Delivery time on Saturday. They even mark the pizza boxes at my request. They have always delivered on time (I am around the corner from them). This year they even called me 15 min early to say the pizzas were ready, do you want them now?
The service for me has always been great, love the thick crust pizza. Did order two of the new BBQ pizzas. Everyone loved them. I guess I am going to have to order some for just us since my guests ate them all. (sigh!)

I’ve been coming here for ever! They always get my good right and it’s fast with a smile. What else can you ask for. They always have extra cheese packets and yup. It’s all good.

This is about the delivery service, this is usually where I order my pizza because its really simple to order online (they’re thin crust is so good)
Im giving 2 stars bc 2 times now the delivery driver did NOT give me my change. Im planning to tip them but the first time the guy took an extra 10 dollars, even after I called him out he just said he didnt bring any change as he got into his car
Sunday this guy dropped it off took my money and I tried to call him back but he drove off with about 15.

My husband and used to enjoy Pizza Hut but over the years our tastes have evolved and Pizza Hut does not satisfy our pizza craving. The past few times we have ordered have left us disappointed.
Location is perfect. Close to home for a quick pick up with plenty of parking. Online ordering is painless and easy without having to call to be put on hold. Pick up is ideal, if you want to go out. Delivery is usually fast, but there is that extra delivery charge plus tip.
Taste…you get what you pay for. Dont get me wrong their $ 10 pizzas are a great deal. However their pan pizza is usually under cooked. Which is a disappointment after your first bite.
Pizza hut is okay in a pinch or to serve at a meeting or party when you need to feed a lot of people. But on a Sunday afternoon take a drive and get real pizza at a mom and pop joint.

I’ve been coming here ever since and not a single flaw do I remember this location done on my order. But of course, when you call and order and they say, «It will be ready in ten minutes» you would be naïve if you believe that it would be ready in ten minutes. At least I am not immature to believe that it actually would take them ten minutes to complete my order. I usually order large supreme and chicken in garlic parmesan with ranch sauce on the side. Did I usually waited for my orders, yes most of the time. Would I want to wait, yes– because there I know that they are baking my pizza and not reheating it like some other pizza parlor, who knows.
Customer service was excellent. I spoke with Vladimir on the phone and it was a pleasant conversation. Now tip to the boys and gals out there, if you are me, you would ask if they have specials for the day, for the pizza, or chicken or whatever. If they don’t, ask if they can give you a coupon that could minimize your order– $ 1.50−2.0 is great. I would also courteously ask for extra sauce if I waited for my order, ten or fifteen minutes longer.
It’s never been so busy and even if it would, they have plenty of parking spaces.
Overall, I love pizza hut, this location is very convenient, not too far from my place, fabulous customer service, etcetera etcetera.

This place was actually good tonight. It’s the closest Pizza Hut next to my house so I generally order from this one, IF I have an email coupon.
I have had some pretty bad pizzas from here– not so fresh and lack of cheese on large portions of the pizza.
Tonight we ordered for a 5:30 pick up and we got there right at 5:30. The pizza was just out of the oven. The crust was flaky and the pepperonis and cheese were evenly spread.
This place is pick up/​delivery only, not eat-​in. I have also had delivery and they have been on time except once when they were 20 minutes late.
I would recommend this place if you have a coupon.
