Pizza Hut

Pizza is good and they have have great service here. The big issue is that it seems to be high in demand in the area and during the weekend all order seem to get real backed up. At one point I showed up to pick up my pizza and people including myself waited one hour to get and order or credit back for pizzas. There were pizzas everywhere in that place including the floor.

Ordered online 2 hour wait. hmm should have moved on. Pizza’s 1 hour late. When we tried to find out what the status of our late pizza’s were, they DID NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE for over an hour. Can you believe that. After 3 hours, no pizza. Went to store and while I waited for 30 min only pick up is getting out. Another irate customer wanted to be heard and the staff, his delivery only had half his order? He had 8 kids waiting for there pizza for 3 hours, so yea he was a little stressed, (I hope none of them were Management) the female called the cops because the dude at the register bowed up to the customer. WOW. Then they tell me my Pizza sat out to long and had to be remade. I’m like, ok so 1 n ½ hours late they must be ready now. dumbfounded look on his face. I only saw one delivery go out the 30 minutes I was in the store. I asked him to give me a refund, he says he just has to cancel the order. That was Friday, today is Monday no refund.
After pissed of customer was heard he calmed down and the dude at the register shook hands. Did female call cops back duh, huh, no. Cops came in and asked me what was going on and I told them she over reacted and should have been making pizza’s or answering the phone. Unreal.
What it looked like to me is they became to far behind with the deliveries, that everything was late. The drivers were getting stiffed and bitched at and walked. Managment did not have enough drive, motivation, organization skills or just did not care, to call customers and tell them all the truth better than nothing???
Just a FYI if you want to be hungry, angry and probably disappointed in the food go here and they will be happy to accommodate you.

Ordered online at 6:06, computer generated 7:11 delivery time, delivered at 7:24 (not even a simple sorry for the inconvenience). Top it off all of the food was just above room temperature. Called to voice my dissatisfaction, after 6:00 mins of waiting to speak to someone at the location (not the order hot line) I hung up and called back, explained to the order hot line what had happened and suggested who could I speak to get this resolved, she stated the store, I reminded her that I had already done that and called back to no avail… sorry cannot help! Oh well, guess I’ll just tell as many people as will listen how bad it was and then not to have an avenue to resolve it made it worse!

So disappointed. I’ve held my tongue for two years because they are so close, you’d think it would be a no brainer. But sadly, after many messed up orders (overcooked, undercooked, wrong heat for the wings, wrong breading for the wings, 1.5−2 hour waits, sometimes having my order simply not show up at all… well, you’d think that might be enough. But no, I gave one more chance and guess what… the order said 1.5 hours at 8:15 on a Tuesday night. So no delivery until 9:45, and they are often very late. Called the number that goes to the call center and was told 20 minute wait to speak to a manager at corporate (not the store). It’s just flippin’ pizza. I have a bright idea. I’ll simply order from a different company. Too bad though, because the wings are pretty great and I don’t know who else makes good wings that delivers. I’m just sad I had to break up with Pizza Hut because they just do not care.

Excellent! Order was perfect. Right on time. Good communication after ordering on line. Breaded, bone-​in garlic parmesan wings are fantastic. Really, really good.

I’m sure the food would be good if they could ever get an order correct. I have never received exactly what I’ve ordered from this location. Ever. All this advertisement for new crust and «drizzles» is all for nothing if you don’t put it on the pizza when it’s ordered. I really like their breaded bone in wings, but haven’t gotten them the last three times I’ve ordered because they insist on bringing me the traditional. I just don’t get it. They got their last chance from me the other day.

Nothing against those who work there. I’m sure they are doing an excellent job. It’s just the Pizza Hut product… it’s the Walmart of pizza. Even it it was the best Pizza Hut in the chain… it gets two stars. I mean, it does qualify as food… I guess.
That said… if you like Pizza Hut… it tastes just like every other Pizza Hut pizza from here to NYC. They also have on-​line ordering.

Always great pizza and decent service. Never had an issue of getting the wrong order and pizza is always cooked flawlessly.
4 stars because sometimes their wait time is inaccurate with when they say it will be ready, but this may just be because they get pretty busy.

So over the past 9 months, I ordered pizza here 3 times, twice they got it wrong. When then did get the order right, cheese was almost nonexistent on the CHEESESTICKS! Then my pizza I ordered today again was under cheesed. With Brothers pizza a few miles away that just opened up, I wil no longer get pizza here… I suggest you do the same. brothers pizza is twice the pizza for the same price!

A standard Pizza Hut — decent pizza, wings, and sides delivered to your home. I’ve ordered numerous times and never had a problem with the quality or service. –1 star just because there are better options if you’re willing to drive a short distance.
