Could not get a simple order correct and just did not care that they didn’t. Place run so badly they messed up a cup of coffee– yes really — coffee with cream? duh Ooo K ahh duh with cream — WOW this is a tough one
Needless to say my regular coffee with cream turned into a decaf with no cream
No wonder McDonald’s profits are down

Ordered four drinks at the drive thru, 2 drinks were ¾ full, 1 was ⁷⁄₈ full, and one was only half full. Went in and asked if I could top off, the mgr acted put out, but said sure, with no apology. This is the third trip in a row where something was wrong, or short. My last trip I had to repeat my order four times and they still got it wrong, Eh? really? The trip before that, the left drive thru had two cars, so I went right behind one car. The left lane cleared as the car in front, then she let two more cars go by in the left lane, asking me to wait again, until I pointed out out that I’d been waiting for more than my fair share. My order wasn’t even that big and they still got it wrong!
Just take a couple of extra seconds to check your order at this place, or beware!
PS: Just went by again on Thursday and the Flurry was half full, unbelievable, IJS!
